It was amazing, best was miniclub for children and ladies whitch look after for children for exemple - Nor Fatmanur, aysen,beste Pool was to cool, you have a lot of dat to chose and taste greate, we enjoi it very much, at the evnig for every day was acts in theather for adult and children, Thank you for that. Have to say people here is realy kině.

The hotel animation is amazing, especially Ferdi is very good and friendly, he always supported and helped us. The food is good, the aqua park is good I didn’t like it very much in terms of cleanliness the cleanliness of the rooms is not very good the bar and cocktails are normal you can come here on holiday with your family

This hotel was really luxurious experience. I liked it here a lot with my family. The food, rooms, pools, beach, activities and parties were a lot of fun. I enjoyed every day here. I am very satisfied with this hotel and I recommend it as well. Hope this review helped a bit

Beautiful resort. Very clean in general. Great rooms with comfy beds and good bathrooms. The people working here are so wonderful, happy to help and really go out of their way to make it a lovely visit. Special thanks to the bartenders, service personal, cleaning staff, lifeguards, chefs. I could go on forever. The food was delicious, great buffet every day. There was entertainment every evening with different programs, both for children and adults. Wifi worked well. Would love to come back again.

The hotel looks great however the level of cleanliness around public areas is not great. A chocolate wrapper was left on the stairs for the whole 10 days I was there also finger nails under sun beds they were also there the whole time. The worst part of the hotel was the lack of sun beds in the sun all day. Other guests would remove your towels or move your towels to other beds. The behaviour of other guests over the sun beds is disgraceful. Hotel security were informed but not much good in solving the problem even tho we showed them evidence of our belongings being moved. Food- the best place to eat is the food court or water world snack bar were the best places to eat. I ate in the Asian a La carte was the worst food I have ever eaten. I had the duck it made me very ill for 3 days after eating it. Bars-good selection of bars and never felt overcrowded Bedrooms- were clean and modern a basic clean was done daily clean towels, make beds and mini bar was stocked up most days Outside hotel- good selection of shops bars and a few restaurants good job as food in main restaurant in evening was not great and just too busy. Maybe 2 buffet restaurants in evening are needed. Pool- good size pool and good selection of slides to keep kids busy I don’t think I would return

Too crowded hotel, good rooms, seems like family hotel at pictures BUT stay away. Group of 300 middle eastern all male group checked in at high season end of june, They disturbed every one in the hotel. Taking pictures and videos at pool, shouting at pool, got drunk and making noise at night. Many people left the hotel or moved away from pools spent days inside rooms. They had green tshirts and perhaps belong to a military association.
