Hostel Scala

I felt very comfortable and was warmly welcomed by the lovely Jelena, who is really very committed and gave lots of tips for things to do in and outside the city. Thank you very much 😊 The pool was one of the absolute highlights for me. I spent a lot of time on the lounger and enjoyed the sun. The building is very beautiful and modern. There is even a kitchen outside with a fridge where you can store your groceries and prepare meals. The rooms were very modern and clean. The guests were pleasant and it was very quiet. There was plenty of time to rest and relax 😊☀️. I was really satisfied all around and will definitely come again. It is the nicest hostel I have ever been to and I felt completely at home. All the staff were very friendly, nice and extremely helpful. Thanks also to Katarina, who helped save a little baby bird 🐥🙏🤗. I can only recommend the place to everyone and look forward to coming back ☺️. Thank you for a great time!

We had two private rooms which were a good size, clean and spacious bathroom. The pool area and covered eating area at side of the pool were good. We ate at hostel scala and the food was good. The main downside was the bar, it was very noisy at night, smoke came up from the bar to the rooms above. The bar was used by locals and it was difficult to get somewhere to sit. Also the door between the bar and the rooms was left open and the noise was into the night.

I've just stayed with Scala for my fourth trip, and yet again everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to secure a private room on this occasion, which was clean tidy and perfectly chilled from the heat. It had a private bathroom which was also maintained. Whilst not pictured they've added a covered pool seating area which is great for eating by the water in the shade. Superb stay, will be back again!
