Ini adalah hotel yang saya sering menginap. Tempat tidur adalah nyaman. Pergi tidur dan hisap jiwamu. Istirahat yang sangat baik Sarapan memiliki beragam. Makan sampai kenyang.

Fancy hotel for good price. Breakfast was awesome.

We booked a king room but we got surprised that they prepare a twin room which make a king room. We checked the room and found that the room is a twin room. We need to come back and change the room and waited around 30 mins. The staff has a little confused and doesn’t good manage for checked in. The other service is very good. A breakfast is very good and has a kid corner.

We booked a room with a balcony when we got the room we found out that the balcony was locked with a key. We called to ask that they send someone to open it and we waited for him for an hour. We missed the whole sunset. In addition, the balcony is really small and only enough for one chair The next day they did not come to clean our room and we called the reception to ask them to come clean and we waited for two hours in the room and no one came. We went downstairs to talk to the reception representatives and only then did the cleaners come to clean the room but even then they didn't clean well at all. In addition, the pool is beautiful, but it's more icy than snow, so you can't even enter it. The pool is in the shade all day and no sun reaches it, at least I would expect such a large and expensive hotel to take care of heating the pool. They probably don't want people to swim in it. On New Year's Eve, they didn't do anything special for the hotel guests and demanded very expensive sums for a table in the hotel's restaurant. A very big disappointment We will never return to this hotel

Nice hotel room is big great location.

This hotel has a good service and also free onsen from 10:00 until 22:00. Breakfast also have a variety of foods. Good to stay here and enjoy the hotel facilities.

Nice Hotel, feels more like a condo but for the price you pay its actually ok. Stayed during Songkran, so it was very busy and breakfast buffet was not so enjoable. Spa Area is great.
