I don't know what went wrong, I have been pretending to be deaf and dumb, the hotel will not reply, and the refund has been dragged. Repeated deductions occurred in another room. MMcNeilanWhen we showed up to check in, the person working the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. It wasn’t until I handed him my ID and debit card was he nice, it was like a switch flipped.
The complimentary breakfast was lame, we didn’t even bother once we saw what it was. Went to Doe Donuts instead and were so happy we did.
The pool is closed. The location is okay. The fridge didn’t even have a freezer drawer. Probably won’t be back.

Curtains would not close all the way. Bathroom exhaust fan and one bathroom light fixture did not work at all. Notified management about these upon checkout and they seemed responsive.

GGuest UserRoom is spacious and clean. Front desk staff, Elizabeth, who is also Assistant GM, is very helpful and super kind. She tries to accommodate all our requests.
Location is nice, near shopping center.
Breakfast is very nice - per order at Bistro and not buffet style.

NNatalieIt was a great time to relax after long day at work, didn't want to drive 20 miles back home. I stayed here and the staff were great, and when my TV didn't work they sent a nice lady to help you (only had to wait 10 minutes). Enough parking spaces to choose and still hear if car alarm goes off, for those who like knowing your jeep is safe! Thank you again! God bless
