Very good hotel, right by Lake Te Anau, very close, very pleasantly surprised, clean and tidy room. The balcony has an unbeatable view. It is two hours away from Milford Sound, relatively close, and worth staying.

I can absolutely recommend this place..it was delightful and very reasonably priced, possibly because it is not on the waterfront, but the cabin and service well and truly makes up for it's less than prime position. Could have stayed there for much longer.

GGuest UserThe room is clean, two rooms, two beds in each room, with heating, kitchenware, you can go to the supermarket to buy things to cook, and there is a heater in the bathroom. The room I booked is on the second floor, close to the lake, the scenery is beautiful, and it is still quite quiet at night. The town of Te Anau is quite small, so there are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel. You can see the stars by the lake at night, and the feeling of the Milky Way can be photographed with the mobile phone, which is great

GGuest UserThe room was nice. The bed and bedding made me sleep comfortably. The hotel is not on the lake but it is less than 3 minutes walk away.
Although it is a small town, it is nice to live in. You can walk around. The souvenirs are cheaper than Queenstown (Chinese shop in the Town Center).
The area and public toilets are very clean.

CChengKiatThe staff are generally friendly however the service is not up to expectation. We are suppose to checkin at 2/3pm, and had a confirmation called from the hotel in the morning. However, when I arrived at 4pm, I was told that it’s not ready and they need till 5:30pm to have the room ready. The place was under renovation and it’s messy and dusty, but the room is nice and clean. Overall it’s good with nice view.

There is a shared dining and well equipped kitchen area. The laundry facility is also available. just need to pay using the coin slot.

GGuest UserWe accidently booked the wrong day through an app we used, and we called the Bella Vista Motel immediately to let them know and they were beyond helpful and understanding. It was a non-refundable booking, however within minutes the front of house manager was able to sort the booking and said we could use the booking for the date we actually wanted. Really lovely guy and understanding. The room was clean, facilities were hot and honestly for the money I don't think you could get much better. We stayed at a 4 star hotel in QT and it was rubbish compared to this place. The WIFI was super fast, able to watch films between the 3 of us, download, etc. It had something insane like 1TB of data to use, all free of charge. Had a sink, kettle, all the usual stuff and honestly top class. Well done guys, will stay again if we do another great walk!!

GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights and loved the hotel. Front desk was helpful and friendly, everything was okay in our room. It was very cold when we were there and they gave us an extra heater. I was a bit concerned about some negative reviews before our arrival but, all went very well. We have not a single thing to complain about. The hotel is a 10-minutes walk from the streets with bars and restaurants. Most rooms have a nice lake view. Excellent budget hotel.

AAnniXLThe top 10 holiday park hotel is a chain motel. The park is very comfortable and you can park your car at your door. The room we stayed in can accommodate six people but they charged us for three people. It is very humane. The reception procedures are simple and there is no need for facial recognition like in China. When you stay in similar motels, you will get a floor plan of the park, which allows you to see the location of your room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and bathroom at a glance.

The check-in staff and process were smooth and there was no inconvenience.
However, there were many dirty places inside the accommodation, and some of the facilities were broken, but I didn't pay much attention to it because I didn't stay for a long time.
There was a lot of musty smell.
You could park right in front of the door, so it was convenient to load and unload luggage.
There is a large mart right next to the accommodation, so it is convenient for grocery shopping, and there is a gas station right in front.
