AAnonymous UserThe landlord is still good, will send their own baked biscuits to customers, very delicious. The breakfast is rich, the lake view is beautiful, the room price is more expensive, but you get what you pay for. There is no kitchen in the room. If you fish in the surrounding sea, you need to go to the restaurant outside.

RRicki HowdenMorgan and Shirley are great hosts and the room they present was well appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They were full of information about the area and have a extensive compendium in the room for you to find all the little nuggets that Kaikōura has to offer.
Would definitely stay here again.

KKEK KANGThe receptionists that checked us in were great. They were friendly and courteous.
The night receptionist, Amit, however, was indifferent to customer service. When I asked him how and where to dispose off some trash from my takeout dinner, he guided me to an outdoor dumpster while it was raining!!!! He was on a cellphone talking to some friends while walking me to the dumpster.
I filed a complaint and the manager of the hotel did call me back to apologize personally.

BBbmamaBooked a twin room and gave 2 rooms and 1 living room. But it is clear that if you need to use another twin room, you need to pay extra. The hall is connected to the bedroom with a big bed, so you can use a big bed. There are kitchen utensils in the hall, you can cook by yourself. The waiter who checked in was also very enthusiastic and told where it was fun and where it was delicious.

大大牧羊仔仔There is a park for children to play, and the space is very spacious.  The toilet and kitchen are open and very clean. There are also washing machines and dryers. Go to see the whale meeting place for 8 minutes. Affordable and very satisfied.

GGuest UserA lovely friendly welcome greeted us after a long drive from Christchurch. Situated just off the main highway, it is easy to find. The suites are a good size, very quiet, well equipped, good shower, and each has an outdoor space over looking a central courtyard. There is a supermarket and a pub serving good food within walking distance. The small charming town is a 2 minute drive away. This is not a beach resort but great for dolphin whale & seal watching. Thoroughly recommend.

GGuest UserThe hotel faces the sea and is backed by the snow-capped mountains. The scenery is very beautiful. The house is clean and hygienic, and the kitchen utensils are complete. It is a good choice to stay in such a hotel when you come to Kaikula.
