ごごかんみｎThe hotel is in a great location, very close to the business district and Hiroshima Station. The breakfast is rich and different every day. There is a Chinese-speaking guy at the front desk to check in, which is convenient. The dry and wet areas are separated, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The only shortcoming is that the bathroom is not cleaned well enough. There is a thick layer of dust on the exhaust fan, as if it has never been cleaned. This needs attention.

AAnonymous UserIt felt good to stay at SHERATON GRAND, HIROSHIMA, but I was displeased by the illogical operation of the hotel restaurant Buffet & Coffee “BRIDGES”. After check-in, the front desk will provide a free drink voucher, which can be used in the above restaurants and is valid from 1/9-1/12. When I redeemed it on 1/10, the person in charge of the restaurant told me that the restaurant was full. When I asked him when it would be more convenient to use it on 1/11, he unexpectedly answered that it was also full on 1/11, and the restaurant's zero o'clock time was 06 : 30-23:00, I asked him again if he had no free time? For example, at some time in the morning or afternoon, he insisted that it was full. There's no point in wasting time arguing with him over a drink, and I don't understand the logic?

SSilverGeckoUnfortunately we had a very uncomfortable stay compared with our stay in Aomori in this hotel chain. In-spite of requesting non smoking we were put in a smoking room that absolutely stunk and there’s even cigarette burns on the curtains! The staff did kindly offer to move us however the only room they could change us into was a twin and I just didn’t want to sleep in a separate bed from my life partner; yet again on this 4 week trip in a country where hotel rooms with double beds have been very hard to find. We chose to stay because it was only for 2 nights and used the air freshener regularly took antihistamines to stop our eyes watering.

BBrock.DownsWe had a fantastic stay here while exploring the beautiful city of Hiroshima. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. The hotel's location is very convenient, offering easy access to popular city attractions. Our room was comfortable and provided a stunning view of the city. A unique touch was being given coins to buy drinks or desserts at the bar on the 14th floor. We highly recommend The Knot Hiroshima for its excellent service, great amenities, and perfect location!

TTravelNettIt was our first time staying at this hotel and we were very satisfied with it. It is strategically located near the JR Hiroshima station, just a 5min walk from the nearest exit. The hotel is also very near the street car station (just behind the hotel) which we used it to get to many places in hiroshima easily. There are many malls within the vicinity, with a big Edion mall just opposite the hotel and big camera just about less than 5mins walk away. There's also a Lawson just right downstairs so that you can get any snacks or drinks easily. The room is very clean and isn't very small as expected. We were able to open up our 24inch luggage easily. You can also store your luggage under the bed. The amenities are free for everyone at the reception counter. You'll have to collect it yourself so we collected our 3days supply so we don't have to keep going to reception floor to get it. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay here again if we visit Hiroshima in future.

YYolkieThe location is excellent, which is very close to the Shinkansen exit of Hiroshima station. The front desk is good in English and eager to answer different questions. I appreciate the large bed size and the mirror in front of wall-sided desk. Overall a good experience.

GGuest UserDefinitely the nicest capsule hotel I've ever stayed at -- everything is incredibly clean and well-run, reception is friendly and helpful, and facilities feel more as if you're at a nice spa than a capsule hotel! Capsules themselves are unfortunately not sound insulated which may be problematic for some (especially if you're near the bathrooms) and some might find the temperature too warm for sleeping. Overall great value for money though.

GGuest UserTitle: Spacious Rooms and Convenient Location in Hiroshima Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars Review: Our stay at the Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima was quite enjoyable. The standout feature was definitely the room size - it was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to many other hotels we've experienced in Japan. This extra space made our stay much more comfortable and relaxing. The hotel's location is another big plus. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to access many of Hiroshima’s-attractions. We found it to be a great base for exploring the city, with good transportation and tourist bus links from Hiroshima station nearby. The staff were polite and helpful, which added to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities met our expectations for a hotel of this caliber. One area where there's room for improvement is the breakfast options. While adequate, we felt the variety could be expanded, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. A wider range of choices would have been appreciated. Despite this minor drawback, we had a very positive experience overall. The combination of the exceptionally spacious rooms and the convenient location made our stay in Hiroshima both comfortable and efficient. We would recommend the Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto to other travelers, particularly those who value room space and a good location.

GGuest UserOddly, the hotel is ‘upside down’ - the lobby is on the top floor, and after using the machines to check in, we went down in the lift to get to our room. Nice room, a good size; the only of the four hotels that we stayed in where we could walk on both sides of the bed! Even had a sofa that we could relax on. A comfortable bed. A very relaxing room for our stay. There was a very nice laundry room with three washing machines, an ice machine, two microwave ovens and a couple of drinks dispensers. Even though there are lots of tourists, we could find no English language programmes on the television. Very convenient for the railway station, but it was about a 30 minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Park. However, being more remote, it was a quiet area. The breakfast was acceptable, not extensive, but sufficient. We did the check-out on the television in the room, left the door keys in the room, and left the hotel. Very efficient, a great system. We enjoyed our stay, and recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at the hotel, and it was very clean. The location is a little far from the downtown area, about 20-30 minutes walk away, but the area around the hotel was quiet and nice. Check-in and check-out were done by machine. There was a water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor, so I used it (they didn't have tea or coffee, etc.).
