FFengguangliThe hotel on the last day of my trip to Japan, just to see the sea before leaving. The hotel has washing machines, ice machines, free drinks after 2 o'clock, and a very delicious cold drink vending machine, which is a plus. In addition, I went to many museums in Japan and the air conditioning made me feel cold all over. I felt comfortable in the hot spring on the third floor of the hotel, which is a plus. The photo shows the midday sun shining on the pillows and quilts at the head of the bed. I was suddenly moved and took a photo as a souvenir.
The disadvantages still need to be mentioned. The room has a slight smell, which is for those with sensitive tastes.

The hotel staff were super nice. They knew our luggage was damaged and tried their best to help us deal with it. They also comforted our mood and did everything they could to give us wonderful memories of the trip. In fact, they don't need to do anything, but they take the initiative to help guests. The service is great. Everything they did really gave us deep and beautiful memories during the trip!
And the outlet is less than 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, which is very convenient.
There are also many restaurants nearby, and it takes about 7 or 8 minutes to get to Aeon Mall. However, our time this time was short and we were unable to visit many places. Must come again next time.

LLKRoom is clean and tidy. Multiple chargers are ready for guests use. Staff in front desk is nice and helpful. The location is convenient and many bars around.

黃黃昏之年享受旅遊獨樂樂The biggest problem and disadvantage is that the windows cannot be opened and there is no wind. It is like living in a cabin with no windows or terraces, trapping sewage and carbon dioxide, and only a very small window for ventilation.
In such a refreshing weather, you still need to turn on the air conditioner. Split air conditioners cannot bring outdoor air into the room, so it is uneasy because the windows cannot be opened.
The location is excellent. Just across the mall is the Chiba train station, which is convenient for going to Tokyo or the airport.
The surrounding environment is a bit chaotic at night. I don’t know why there are women in red standing on many streets? Inviting guests to drink?
If you don't mind turning on the air conditioner, it's acceptable on days when prices are cheap. However, the price increase on Fridays and Saturdays was so severe that it was nearly double the usual price. I was forced to move back to a remote hotel near Narita Airport.

PPWe booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel
Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel.
Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk

BBerickThe hotel is in a great location and is convenient for shopping at the beachfront Makuhari outlet. The room was average, the pillows were too flat and uncomfortable. The parking lot can only park vehicles with a height of less than 157cm. The nearby convenience store has a limited variety of products.

CChyarlesGood choice for a family of 4 for we had quite a surprisingly sizeable room with two decent queen beds in the en-suite (with a bathtub and a walk-in shower) and another two in the living room plus a sofa that sits four, large coffee table, separate bathroom and a walk-in closet. Breakfast was ok, nothing extravagant. Service was good too, very friendly and helpful staff.

AAlbert JrLocation is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance

The hotel was visible from the platform at Kaihin Makuhari Station, so I didn't get lost.
It was also about a 5-minute walk to Makuhari Messe, so it was convenient to leave my luggage there and head to the venue.
There were no humidifiers or air purifiers installed, but they were delivered when I asked the front desk.
