GGuest UserOvernight stay our grandson before visit to Warwick Castle, all clean apart from carpets a bit funky smelling!!!
Staff when we arrived were amazing, check us in and sorted out the no bedding on sofa bed for our grandson very quickly, free breakfast at Holiday inn which was good 👍🏼… if I was paying £10 per person for adults I would have wanted a better selection( no eggs, mushrooms) and better quality… tired looking hotel, but was ok for the stay we had thanks

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good at a golf course in the suburbs, very close to the highway but you have to drive. The only complaint is that the breakfast is really bad and everything else is pretty good

GGuest UserWe booked in and my son and daughter were upgraded as they had just finished their exams. We had the dog and our room was good in the way the door opened into large green area and you could sit outside. It was busy in the eve as there was a prom on and another function and the service was slow in the restaurant. I spoke to the supervisor at reception and explained the issues we had and she could not be more helpful - we were offered drinks and lunch as a sorry which was a great gesture. We would definitely return.

OOgunsanyaAs an individual traveler, I appreciate the hotel's proximity to my office, which is only a 10-minute walk. The hotel provides excellent amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator, which is fantastic. However, I was disappointed by the limited parking, the fact that some restaurants are closed on Tuesdays, and the non-functional sockets in my room, which prevented me from using the fridge, charging my devices, and even using the kettle. On the bright side, the staff is incredibly friendly. Vikas and a kind lady whose name I didn't catch were both very helpful in resolving the socket issue.

TthreadsxchangeComfortable hotel with parking. Everything was great. Love the self check in system. Only note for location is slightly away from town and it’s more suitable for travellers with a car. Overall it’s a good experience. :)

GGuest UserOriginally booked in for three nights extended it to five, would have been longer but they are fully booked. Nice clean room in a good location, friendly and helpful staff, will be returning. Nice Sunday roast yesterday evening enjoyed it very much.
