GGuest UserThe bed marked on Ctrip is a 3-meter bed, but the actual bed in the room is about 1.5 meters, and the space is so small that the suitcase cannot be opened. I contacted Ctrip immediately, but Ctrip itself couldn't figure out whether the information provided by the hotel was wrong or the information they entered was wrong, and couldn't provide a quick solution. The only solution they could give was to change hotels for one night and then change back, and whether the cost of changing to a hotel was within their authority (the first consideration was not the inconvenience caused to consumers by their mistakes, but how much they would have to pay for it). Such issues are obviously issues that Ctrip should think about, but they have to throw them to consumers. It took a long time to toss and turn, which really affected our mood and experience! In the end, we negotiated with the hotel to get a slightly larger room, but it was far from the 3 meters marked by Ctrip! !
