On the morning of August 30, 2023, I drove 418 kilometers from Mohe Arctic Village to the coldest city in China known as China Cold Pole (the lowest temperature is minus 58 ℃). The Genhe Yueqingju Hotel stayed in my expectations. There is such a clean hotel in a county-level city, the decoration is simple and generous, and the design is tasteful. The decoration materials are also good, the front desk staff are of high quality, and the breakfast is very good. The hotel opened in June 2023. The room has no new decoration taste. If Chinese hotels reach the standard of Xianggenhe Yueqingju Hotel, China will enter the level of the world's middle developed countries. The temperature outside is low at night, but the room is very warm with floor heating, so there is absolutely no need to worry about the cold. The room is also very clean. Yesterday, we traveled about 200 kilometers from Genhe to Mangui. S204 passed through forests and wetlands. The sky was blue and white with clouds, and the birch forest was golden in the sun. We spent the night in Mangui, a small town that originated from forestry, with three or five streets. During the day, you could sit in the yard and hear no noise. We wanted to go on an in-depth tour of the forest area but were worried about the poor accommodation conditions in the town. We didn't expect such a good place to stay as ”Flowers on the Ridge”. Brother Wang and Sister Jin are very enthusiastic. The two worked hard in the South for many years and now they have returned to their hometown. They bought land and spent two years building their own high-end B&B. It just opened in July this year. There are now 7 rooms, all with northeastern characteristics, but each one has a different theme and style, solid wood floor heating, fireplace, dry and wet separated bathrooms, automatic flushing toilets... There are also two dogs and several cats. The two started a new business, focusing on high-end B&Bs and customized in-depth self-driving tours and hiking in forest areas, going deep into the dense forests that ordinary self-driving tours cannot.

The boss is very enthusiastic and reliable. The hotel is located on a busy street in the small town, but it is very quiet and comfortable at night. The hotel room was just like the official photos, which also gave me a big surprise. The smart toilet and digitally controlled shower system made me feel like I had not left Guangzhou. In addition, the cleanliness and tidiness also made my experience very good. Genhe is small and it's cold outside, but the room is warm.

GGuest UserMy husband and I are very fond of traveling. After we had our child, we started taking him to travel around the world when he was 7 months old. We have stayed in many hotels and B&Bs, and this one can be said to be an A-level B&B run by a couple. The management is very modern. Having such a warm and romantic nest in a place like Genhe really brought a lot of surprises to this trip! The wet and dry bathrooms are separated, the bedding is also very comfortable, and there are mainly heating and air conditioning for the south. My friend is very friendly (I'm from the north, so I can't use it). The boss upgraded us to a room with the best view [色][色][色]. Besides, the location is great.
