MMantianhongDuring the Spring Festival holiday, I invited a friend's family to come to the mountains of Anxi with their children to find peace and comfort. The overall experience was very good.
Before the trip, the housekeeper Xiao Chen contacted in advance to inform the hotel services and facilities as well as the activities during the Spring Festival. After arriving, the luggage was arranged properly, and the facilities in the room were carefully introduced. Daily greetings during the stay, help to book the teppanyaki and dinner positions, thoughtful but keep a distance, and have a good sense of propriety.
The room has a welcome fruit plate, a large barrel of natural mineral water, Anxi specialty Tieguanyin, and health sweet soup and desserts every night. The mini bar in the room has free drinks and snacks, and the atmosphere is not stingy.
The hotel environment is like a paradise. Each villa has two bedrooms with their own independent and private indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, which is convenient and relaxing. The hotel also arranges children's handcraft activities regularly. The sister is gentle and patient, and the handcrafts vary in difficulty, so both big and small children can enjoy it.
The hotel breakfast is very exquisite and full of local characteristics. 6 kinds of tea, freshly ground soy milk, freshly popped popcorn, and freshly made waffles are all children's favorites. The price of Teppanyaki dinner is in line with first-tier cities, but the ingredients and craftsmanship are also online, so it is still recommended. The dinner a la carte is also good, the dishes are unique, and the choice is up to you.
The overall experience is very good, beyond expectations, especially the service and facilities, which are very suitable for family travel. I will definitely come again if I have the chance in the future.

AAnonymous UserCheck-in process was swift. Hassle free. Front desk staff on duty in the evening is very polite and is always smiling.
Housekeeping : There is a big room for improvement. Floor wasn't cleaned. Felt as though it wasn't swept. I would prefer a cleaner floor as weather is cold and we were wearing socks and hair was stucked to my socks. Toilet paper wasnt refilled. Tea set wasnt washed.
Amenities : Washer and clothes dryer need regular maintenance. There were many black stain on my white clothes after washing and drying.
The shelf in the toilet loosen while my son was using the toilet and the towels fell on him..🤣
The Coffee machine at the lobby is god given especially when we need a coffee perk. Cant get coffee around this around. Good to display operating instructions beside the machine.
Location: Very convenient. There is a supermarket down the street and food street nearby.

GGuest UserThere are five people with children, big and small, on the weekend. Extra beds are not allowed in the suite. The hotel staff is very considerate and takes the initiative to add quilts. There were only two breakfast coupons, but when we saw that our kids were small, they all went for free. I was very touched and satisfied! Will go again
