Very satisfied choice! The hostess is very welcoming. The room and restaurant have all facilities, too complete, and very generous. There are all kinds of refreshments, tea bags, and all kinds of toiletries, including new toothpaste, toothbrushes, and razors (not disposable ) The quality is good, and it’s free. People who say they’re afraid of traveling forgot to bring it! Especially like the living room fireplace. This house cannot be said to be very new and luxurious, but it is very, very comfortable. For breakfast, the hostess will give her own baked croissants (delicious) and eggs for free! Walk 3-5 minutes to the beach, but there is no shopping, dining, suitable for self-driving, self-cooking, it is recommended!

The hotel is very close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus service from the airport, there is a McDonald's nearby, and the second day after the car is returned by car, choose to stay here! The hotel is small, the room is large, there are two large beds, clean! The breakfast at the hotel is very simple, bread, boiled eggs, coffee milk, a little fruit, which is not bad for most hotels that do not include breakfast. A very cozy place where you feel like at home, the friendly staffs is a great catch, the 2 girls who started at 5 am preparing your breakfast always carry a sweet smile that makes you day with great start, Gloria and Darren always take the extra mile to make suggestions for places to visit and dine caring to your preferences, the man in charge, Sam, really impressed me how far they go to make a conventional hotel business with great concern to being Green, the team there makes it different from the others and I would recommend anyone who is visiting Victoria to book yourself couple of nights there

SSusanI’ve always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. The room was comfy and the staff was friendly. Of course the location is pefect. I had to walk a long way down 3-4 hallways to get to my room which I thought was to get to my lovely “city view” room but no. My “view” was into other rooms.

There is no central air conditioner, only a portable air conditioner in the room, the bed in the living room is still a bit hot at night
The staff service is very good. Every morning when they pass by the front desk, they are very enthusiastic to greet and chat with us.

GGuest UserThis is such a fun hotel! It’s near some busy roads, a mall, and a bunch of restaurants and such, which I guess is nice, but it’s pretty noisy and you’re not going to get a great view from your room or anything.
BUT! Where to start? The rooms are clean. My kids and I loved the comic book, stickers, yo-yo, and rotary phone in our room. The hot tub is a little small, but guess what? You can soak in it and keep an eye on your kiddos as they enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water slide!
Inside the lobby, you can find myriad board games, ping pong, “bowling,” Wii, and even old school typewriters in which you can pluck out that novel you’ve been keeping in the back of your head. The lobby Coffee is better than any in-room coffee another hotel might offer.
And speaking of the lobby, the staff here is 110%! I got what I thought was an automated text asking how my state was so far. I said “meh” because we had just checked in and I wasn’t impressed with the area. I got a response from a real person right away!She provided answers to my questions and concerns and even delivered earplugs and silverware and cups to my room later when I needed them! When I was teaching my kiddo how to use a typewriter, the front desk staff didn’t hover over us or anything, just let us do our thing.
Last, the little restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch) has a killer breakfast menu and such friendly staff!

KKok LeongThe location is very close to Inner Harbour so it is very convenient. There is a direct bus from ferry terminal to the hotel nearby. Just walk less than 5 minutes will reach the hotel. Bus number 75 and cost CA 2.5 per head. It takes about an hour.

NNicoleLOVED my stay here. A hidden gem in Victoria. It’s in James Bay (just on the cusp of downtown). I had a one bedroom queen suite, with an incredible view of the parliament buildings and downtown. I opened all of the blinds because I loved the view of the city scape at night. My room was spacious, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The soaker tub was perfect after a long day on the road. The bathroom was huge. Robes and slippers are always a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from other units or from outside. The hotel is tucked away in a residential area. The front desk agent was very friendly upon arrival. Check in was a breeze. Secure underground parking was perfect. 10/10 will stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel was recommended by a friend. It was a very good accommodation experience. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well soundproofed. The service is thoughtful and the front desk staff is particularly warm and friendly. The hotel is fully equipped with a kitchenette. There are Walmart supermarkets, Chinese restaurants, and fast food restaurants nearby. The transportation is convenient, less than 100 meters away from the bus station, which can directly go to downtown, Swartz Bay (Victoria) BC Ferry Terminal, etc. I will choose this hotel next time I go.

My room was clean and comfortable and I had a really nice view. This is my new go to hotel in Victoria. I also love that there’s a Starbucks in the lobby.
