The Malibu Apartments - Perth offers a pleasant stay in West Perth for those traveling for business or leisure. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 1km from Leederville and 14km from Perth Airport. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including The Art Gallery of Western Australia | AGWA, London Court and Metro City. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site.

The apartment space is quite large, and the sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed. There is a dining table and the kitchen has seasonings for cooking. There is a washing machine in the bathroom without toiletries, and the shower curtain in the shower room does not like it.
Stayed for two days, the face tissue was gone on the first day.
The overall feeling is still relatively clean.
Located north of Perth city, a little distance to Elizabeth Harbour, parking is convenient, there is a big small courtyard where you can park for free.
The overall price/performance ratio is still OK, after all, hotels in Perth are very expensive.

The staff at The Sebel West Perth were friendly and efficient. While not overly luxurious, the hotel's lobby and common areas were tidy and well-maintained. The check-in process was quick, and the staff was readily available to address any inquiries.
The rooms, though basic, were clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. While the furnishings were not the most modern, they served their purpose. The bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep after a day of exploring the city.
The hotel's location was undoubtedly its strongest selling point. Being situated right in the city center meant easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. This convenience allowed me to make the most of my time in the city without spending much on transportation.

AAnonymous UserIt's right next to King's Park. The location is good. There is a paid parking lot. On-street parking is free at night. The room is okay overall, but the space is relatively small. The hygiene of the room is not very thorough. There are still a few clothes left by the previous tenant in the closet garbage shopping bag

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is OK. I thought it would be very convenient to travel in the city, but it is not. Fortunately, it is not too far to walk around the attractions. The restaurant options in the hotel are limited, but there are many delicious foods within a 15-minute walk from the hotel!
