The room was next to the garbage station, which caused the smell of the garbage to smell in the living room. It felt very bad. The door lock is a bit difficult to open, the room lighting is a bit dark, the lights sometimes flash, the small room is not air-conditioned, a bit stuffy. Overall, it is OK, but I don't think about staying again.

FFrockingtonGorgeous hotel. Beautiful decor. Spacious rooms. Just a 10 minute walk to the heart of the city and 3 minutes from the train. Great facilities but bring your wetsuit for the pool because it’s like an ice bath 😂 Two donkeys cafe is only open weekdays and there’s a restaurant and bar with food. Check parking prices before paying through the hotel because it’s a lot cheaper on weekends if you don’t book through them.

AAnonymous UserThe room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor.

It dawned on me, what really sets a hotel above others, & I have concluded . . . genuine hospitality (with a special mention to Brody) whom epitomises genuine hospitality. After a long night of travel arriving late (due to unforeseen circumstances), Brody was so lovely. She felt more like an old friend than staff. She went above & beyond to meet our needs & sets this beautifully designed & artfully styled hotel apart from the others. The hotel offers beautiful all day little snacks such as freshly baked cookies, muffins, shortbread, and much more. ☺️

DDariaHotel is located on hill, near Roma station (convenient for those who travel with Greyhound). Near beautiful park. Also next to the hotel bus stop of free bus Loop. Easy to get to the central streets. Only 5 min by bus, or 15 min walking. Hotel has a small swimming pool (added a pic) , gym, cleaning every day. Bed is comfortable. Thank you!

AAnonymous UserLocated across from the Roma St Parklands and a 10 - 15 minute walk into the city. We were impressed with the special deal on offer by Trip.com which had many inclusions. Check in was smooth and our room ready for early access! Our room was compact and clean - lacking balcony furniture though. Good view to the parklands.
We had car parking, meal vouchers, welcome drinks, and buffet breakfast included so we're able to sample the meals. Breakfast offered a good range of choices and we could request dietary needs. There were a couple of functions happening the night of our stay and we unfortunately had some rather loud, boisterous and intoxicated guests staying next door to us which woke us a couple of times.
Overall an enjoyable experience and we'd definitely consider staying again if Bonus extras were on offer.

SSeng KhuanVery helpful staff at the reception. The free bus shuttle service right in front of the hotel that brings us to downtown in just under 5 minutes is a definite plus point to this hotel.

GGuest UserA two-bedroom suite booked by a family of three. The room is on the second floor. Each room has a bathroom, a living room, an open kitchen and simple kitchen utensils. The apartment has nine floors in total. This loft room is on the ninth floor, and there is an open-air space on the second floor. swimming pool. The location is very good. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the river. You can take a free kitty cat tour. You can reach the botanical garden in about twenty minutes. It's also a ten-minute walk to the City Hall (City Hall).
