We were given a wheelchair accessible room when the staff saw our handicap mom and were all way out to help us arrange close by rooms for our convenience. Many thanks to the staff for making our stay a pleasant one

Recently came back from a 2-day staycation at Crown Towers. It was my first time staying here and I was mostly impressed. Location: not in the city centre, but easily accessed by public transport and car (there are a number of carparks, I used the free one, but it just involved a little more walking). Since it is not in the city, there is not much in walking distance, but there is much to do within the Crown complex which includes numerous restaurants and bars, the ******, and walking along the river was quite pleasant. Room: it had a luxurious feel and was pretty spacious. Since I booked the cheapest room type, I was told at check-in that there would be no view, and that proved to be semi-true, I mean, I had a view of a roof, a carpark, some apartments, and a tiny sliver of the river. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft like clouds. The robe was also very soft and quite thick - there was only one included in my room which was fine but I called reception to let them know so they could make a note of it. The room was appointed with all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea with the Nespresso machine being a nice touch. I was pleased that there was a decaf pod, however it was not replenished on the 2nd day and I resorted to the instant decaf. The bathroom was huge with separate compartments for the toilet and shower, there were 2 sinks and the bathtub was big. The room controls were done by a tablet which was handy, except that it mostly didn't work. Luckily there were wall controls for the lights and the curtains. One side of the curtains (drapes) did not work so it had to be pulled across by hand. The tablet also displayed the various restaurants and bars in the complex (as well as up to date menus) and other things that were available (such as the pool, gym, spa etc). You could also order room service from the tablet without needing to call. Room service was a little pricey as you would expect with a $7 delivery charge. A mini bar was also available but this was quite expensive. Housekeeping also seemed to come quite late in the day. Staff: the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and I didn't have any issues. Check-in/check-out: on checking in, there was a bit of a line and it took nearly half an hour before I was able to get to the front, but once I got there, check-in was quick and efficient. On checking out, there was still a bit of a line but it moved quickly. There was also an option for express checkout. Amenities: There was a pool, gym, spa etc. but I didn't make use of any of these. Other things: I recommend TWR bar as they served some quite nice cocktails in a beautiful setting, food at the Merrywell was tasty, but you need to order food at the counter and then drinks at the bar. I think an option for a QR code ordering system would be beneficial in this scenario. Food at Junction Grill was also tasty, and the ****** was the same as usual, although I hadn't been in there for quite a number of years. The gaming machines produce cash vouchers now (which can be redeemed at machines), which is much more handy (and hygienic) than having to collect dollar coins. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would maybe stay again, however at this price point I was expecting just a little more.

Good location for airport and free shuttle was super handy, took about 15 minutes to arrive from booking.  Room was big, comfy bed clean sheets. One towel was a little dirty but I used another and am sure they would have changed it if I asked. Only stayed a few hours as quick stop after flying in to Perth. Water, snacks and a wine in room were lovely touch. Friendly staff, basic room. Would stay again if needed something convenient for airport

The hotel is close to the airport, the surrounding is relatively quiet, the entrance is relatively small, the front desk customer service is very friendly, the household appliances are complete, the kitchen supplies are sufficient, the overall is good, and the cost performance is high

This is the most satisfying hotel in Perth for two weeks! The door is written ”Please ring the doorbell” and the spacious parking space, which makes people feel a sense of intimacy without entering the door. The public areas, kitchen facilities, bedrooms, tea rooms, balcony, lawn... are all organized and clean, so that I can feel the taste of ”home” in a foreign country! The store's service is also very intimate. Due to the tiredness of the journey, the lymph nodes are swollen and the gums are inflamed. They provided me with analgesic anti-inflammatory drugs in time, which relieved my pain and made my follow-up journey worry-free. I was a little embarrassed to check out today and send a gift. Very nice and new hotel. Heaps of great tv channels. Free airport shuttle us is a bonus. Pool and gym. Close to a lot of fast food and restaurants. Smell of paint was a bit of nuisance but I got used to it. Doesn’t cost much more than a lower quality hotel, so worth the extra few dollars. Will stay again 😊

Had a great stay at Be.Fremantle. The ocean view room is nice spacious and clean. Will come back again.

We arrived in the early hours of the night, and the hotel sent a car to pick us up. This was a big plus. You have to know how expensive labor is in Australia, and it was a taxi in the middle of the night. The key is that the hotel is free, which saves nearly 1,000. It takes about 15 minutes from the hotel to the airport. You must call after you pick up your luggage and go through customs, because they don’t want to wait. If you don’t see them after waiting for three minutes, they will go back to the hotel, and then you need to call again, and they may not come, so you must call again when you are at the waiting place. Perth Airport is very small, and you can basically pick up your luggage and walk out to the roadside.
