The hotel is located in a very nice area, just a short walk from lively, covered streets filled with shops and restaurants. It's a great spot if you enjoy exploring local life and want to be close to the action. The rooms are quite comfortable and above standard in terms of space and amenities. The beds are exceptionally large, and thanks to the good air circulation, we were able to sleep with the windows open instead of using the air conditioning, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the breakfast was unfortunately below our expectations. The variety and quality were lacking, and it felt insufficient, especially for a hotel that claims to be five-star. One of the biggest disappointments was the coffee machine being out of order. What made it worse was that there was no proper alternative or compensation provided. In a hotel of this category, you'd expect these issues to be handled promptly and professionally.

Nice hotel, either recently refurbished or may be new(?) Nice decor Large bedrooms Friendly staff Breakfast is “ok”, could be better - NO lactose free milk, NO gluten free bread. So if you’re allergic or intolerant you have a problem. No apologies. Poor cocktail menu, no Negroni’s!!! Nice pool in basement. Couldn’t get any English speaking tv channels, not even BBC news as internet based, and issues with signal. Good location. A few (2/3!) parking spaces available immediately on the road outside.

This hotel is well situated near monuments and restaurants. Unfortunately, this hotel has poor maintenance. They couldn't/wouldn't fix the air conditioning. People had to change keys/rooms because the lock mechanism wasn't working. Our room was on the main street. There was wind outside, but the only way we could feel it was to prop open the door of our room. The staff was not helpful.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel for our work-related group event. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. The management was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with every aspect of our event. The conference room was large, spacious, and fully equipped, providing the perfect environment for our sessions. Additionally, the hotel’s spa offered a relaxing retreat after a busy day. The facilities were perfectly aligned with our agenda, making it an ideal choice for business gatherings. Highly recommended!

The hotel and rooms were beautiful, all modern with great air conditioning in an excellent location close to restaurants and bars . The food was ok and the staff were all helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we were in the area again

The Hotel is Brand new but some basis requirements are needed to be improved. Safety is one of them, the floors are too slippery and we had an accident going to the garage by taking the stairs cause the elevator was not working. Staff is very friendly and they speak english very well. Breakfast is very poor but Ala Carte menu is good. I hope they will improve on the coming years.

Well located on one of the main streets in the city, it is a large, modern hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped (even a kettle for making tea and coffee). Breakfast is very good and can be taken inside and outside on the terrace. Staff speak a good level of English and are very helpful. Highly recommended!

First off, i paid about €50 for the night. No idea what the quality or price point of other hotels are like in the area, but i felt this was worth the €50. Big room, big shower, friendly staff. Simple as that really! My room faced the street and that was ok. You can definitely hear traffic, but not too much... But nothing prepared me for the barking dogs during the night! They were so loud! Obviously that's nothing to do with the hotel, other travelers had the same problem in other hotels... And that hasn't impacted this review! It's more of a tip to anyone come to bring ear plugs! No idea about the pool, spa, etc. as I'd no interest in that. Breakfast was average. But it was included so can't really complain. I think it's marketed as a 5 star hotel but I'd say 4 star would be more accurate. Location wise, it's very good. 2 minute walk from the bus stop, and everything you need is on your doorstep.

Built in the center of the city and beautifully decorated,the hotel attracts many visitors:local and foreign. Orders are served with more courtesy and elegance. The food is fresh and cooked in a very professional manner. Highly recommended!
