Very nice place, helpfull and support staff, neat and clean rooms, very near to sai baba temple, hotel just in main road, safe place, food was good, vehicle parking, auto, bus stand just 2 minutes

hotel incharge had no clue that i had booked hotel . adjusted us in other rooms. in one room there was no tv. on enquiry he said no other room is empty to shift us. not given towel n soap.. stay was not enjoyable at all

0 hygiene no cleanliness. Photos don't match with the hotel room even a little bit. So many centipedes (dangerous) in the room. Flush not working in the washroom. No hot water. No lift for second floor. Only bed bulb available in the room. No big light. Hotel said that they never received any customers via booking and we were the first one. Even if we cancel-led the room for two days before 24 hrs, no refund was given. This is the worst and terrible experience that i ever had in my life during the holiday tours.
