Very nice hotel with fantastic view as I booked ocean view . Breakfast has wide range of choice n even I take for 2 days will still able to enjoy . The inside room internet was weak though the lounge area was stronger .

Very good. The service of the store is very good. The front desk can speak Chinese. The people are super gentle. The sea view is worth it. It is very beautiful. It is very comfortable to soak in a hot spring after a day of shopping. Recommended! (The room is a bit big and may be a bit cold. Then my friend and I are not used to the Japanese breakfast. But it is still very convenient and comfortable to eat in the morning. It depends on your opinion.

- nicely designed and well maintained hotel, very quiet - away from the Main Street, not very convenient, shuttle bus is very limited, only two in the morning to the train station, you have to book in advance - no gym or pool or a la carte restaurant options - great ocean view from the room, lobby and Onsen - service was subpar, the onsen floor was slippery, I fell and injured my hand and feet, had two medicated plasters from the reception and that was it - lots of people were taking photos in the mixed bath onsen???

The facilities are still good. The hot spring is very comfortable. However, the drinks are not as good. I suggest changing them back to the apple juice and grape juice. The Kaiseki cuisine is still good. The waiter speaks good Chinese.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The view from our room was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the private onsen, which allowed us to unwind while watching the stunning sunset. The staff were all very friendly and polite, which made our stay even better. However, the hotel's location is next to the beach, which means you have to climb a slope to get there. It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride. Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you might want to plan ahead for meals.

The hotel is located at Shirahama Bus Station, the main station in Shirahama. It is right down. The building has 6 floors in total, and the guest rooms are on the 3rd to 6th floors. The reviews say that the view is not good, but it is on the 3rd floor, which is cheaper. It is reasonable that the view will be blocked by the pine and cypress outside. The best view is the Royal Sea View on the 6th floor. The room types before 620 should be Japanese and Western style (sleeping on Simmons beds), and 621-628 are Japanese style (sleeping on tatami). It depends on the number of tourists. The hotel is a great choice for watching the sunset. You can watch it on the white sand beach 30 seconds away from the lobby, or you can walk a few steps to Yuanyue Island and watch the sunset at the pier accompanied by the exquisite Teacher and Yuanyue Island. It is beautiful. Although Shirahama is a tourist city, there are few restaurants open for dinner, so if you don’t have your own transportation and come back from eating outside or plan to buy instant noodles in the supermarket, you must choose the option that includes breakfast and dinner. Western and Japanese styles are available, and both are set meals with dedicated service. I saw in the review that it says what set menu you chose, maybe you didn't choose it before, and ordered it in the hotel restaurant at mealtime. Based on the demands of environmental protection and reducing manpower, the hotel will provide consumption coupons according to the cleaning method you choose (see picture), which I used to offset the extra alcohol consumption for dinner. The room type I chose provides snacks (3 packs/type) and alcohol (2 cans of beer, 2 small bottles of beer, 1 can of pre-mixed cocktail, 2 teas, 2 waters) in the water bar every day. That guy can be considered quite rich, and no matter whether you consume it on the day, the next day's is not replenished, but directly accumulated, until the refrigerator is full and can't put it in. We took the water and tea out every day when we went out for sightseeing, but we didn't finish the beer (of course, it is not recommended to take it to the restaurant, it is impolite). When you get out of the station, you must get the transportation timetable at the bus station or tourist information center at the entrance. The main operating companies are Mingguang Bus, and there are some other companies that operate express buses. There are buses to various places, but you must plan your time in advance. The buses are very punctual, but there are not many buses. The busiest routes take half an hour.

Great location as just opposite bus station. Opposite the road within 5min walk will reach supermarket and Daiso. The room is spacious. Onsen is open from night until 10am next day. The hotel staff friendly, helpful and arrange the futon for us. You also can choose your own amenities after check in. Free coffee, tea and some juice at hotel lobby and selected floor

Fish eat, the main focus is all kinds of eating and drinking. The hotel will send a business car JR station to pick up and drop off.

Location: The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the bus station Jiangjinliang, but there is a section of uphill road, walking is more tired. However, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from Baibin Station and needs to be reserved in advance. Food: Early and late are traditional Japanese meals. If you like raw cold food, you must like it. If you don't love seafood, it is recommended not to include meals. The hotel refrigerator drinks are free to drink, and 24-hour snacks milk and ice cream are also provided. Service: Very polite and polite, the waiter will take the initiative to say hello every day.
