This is a warm hotel with a long history in Japan. It includes breakfast and dinner. The price for three people is about 2,000 yuan. Neither breakfast nor dinner is self-service. As for the taste, you can judge for yourself. The hotel has a great view and is very close to the beach. Unfortunately, it was too cold and windy during the two days we went there. We didn't stay on the beach for too long. We booked a tatami room that can sleep 4 people. When we went there, we took the JR from Wakayama to Shirahama and then the bus. When we came back, we took the high-speed bus, which was right in front of the hotel and went directly to JR Namba. The price was also much cheaper, which was much more convenient than taking the train back to Osaka.

Location: The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the bus station Jiangjinliang, but there is a section of uphill road, walking is more tired. However, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from Baibin Station and needs to be reserved in advance. Food: Early and late are traditional Japanese meals. If you like raw cold food, you must like it. If you don't love seafood, it is recommended not to include meals. There is a little beauty at the front desk who can provide Chinese services, and the location is very clean. It is very convenient to take the bus here. There is a bus stop at the door, and there is a very delicious izakaya next to it. The black house in the picture is downstairs from the hotel. You can Baidu it. There is a bus stop at the door. Basically, there are buses coming as soon as you get out of JR. The bus stop at the door is 3 stops away, and you can reach Shiraraso in one hour. It is also very convenient to go to Saki-no-Yu. The bus schedule is in the picture on the left. We only stayed in this hotel for one day, because we were going to key terrace on the second night. The Marriott is right behind Sanrakuso. I think the Marriott is very far from the beach and the sea view... Actually, the most important thing is that the Marriott is on the hillside... That hillside, I'm not kidding. It's super hard to pull the luggage. Don't try it lightly. We didn't pull the luggage, and it's too high even if you just walk up,

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The view from our room was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the private onsen, which allowed us to unwind while watching the stunning sunset. The staff were all very friendly and polite, which made our stay even better. However, the hotel's location is next to the beach, which means you have to climb a slope to get there. It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride. Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you might want to plan ahead for meals.

Very nice hotel with fantastic view as I booked ocean view . Breakfast has wide range of choice n even I take for 2 days will still able to enjoy . The inside room internet was weak though the lounge area was stronger .

Very good. The service of the store is very good. The front desk can speak Chinese. The people are super gentle. The sea view is worth it. It is very beautiful. It is very comfortable to soak in a hot spring after a day of shopping. Recommended! (The room is a bit big and may be a bit cold. Then my friend and I are not used to the Japanese breakfast. But it is still very convenient and comfortable to eat in the morning. It depends on your opinion.

Fantastic value for what you get. Although you’re room is in a building next to the main hotel you can use all of the facilities which include hot springs, the swimming pool and sauna. It’s also close enough to the beach to walk and there’s a bus stop right outside.

The sea view room was great, very clean and tidy, beautiful and comfortable, private outdoor spring in the room, excellent for staying in the room. However, the meals were very disappointed that were unexpected to cost about US$600 for a night including dinner and breakfast for 2 adults and a kid. In particular, the foods for my kid were unacceptable for this price. The restaurant was not clean and the staff were not attentive. We booked the room through Trip.com and mentioned we have a 9 years old kid with us. The staff said they have no such record and required me to prove. Luckily I have the booking record in my App and showed them we did. Then, they said it should be the problem from Trip.com. And then, they said ok and would cost 25000 yen extra for my kid. I accepted, and then they said they could not provide an extra bed for my kid and reduced the cost to 20000 yen, and I also accepted. As a customer, I felt this was not attentive and not polite to request me to prove I had mentioned a kid for the booking. That’s all fine, but the quality and taste for the meals were really unacceptable at this price range, the breakfast was horrible. At last, my case wasn’t a communication problem because the staff who talked to us wasn’t a Japanese and was a native English speaker. Anyhow, the facilities and the room of this hotel were excellent, but the meals and services were not worth for this price.

It would be worthwhile if it was a good season, but now it's off-season and the price is about 2000 per night. With the sea breeze, the whole night is filled with wind noise. In addition, there is an engine noise in the room at night, which seems to be coming from the engine room or somewhere else. It sounds for 10 seconds and stops for a few seconds, and the frequency changes. It is hard to imagine that a room at this price has such facility problems. People who are sensitive to sound will not be able to fall asleep at all. I will not stay here again. I will try the hot spring hotel by the sea next time.
