The room was spacious and the bath was big, which was nice. We arrived a little late and used the coin laundry, and even though the shop was closed, they sold us detergent, so the service was good. The children of the Asian guests were barking and running around like monkeys in the bath, so I wish they would explain this to us when we checked in. It's a bit disappointing. My wife was pleased with the variety of breakfast options and said it was delicious.

A very cost-effective hotel, suitable for friends who love skiing. It is best to book a room with a meal coupon. You can eat at a different restaurant every day, and the food is of high quality. There are many local people in Japan, and it is clean and hygienic. The waiters may not understand English, but now that technology is so advanced, a translation software can solve this problem.

The downside is that it takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to travel after sightseeing in Furano, but it was nice to be able to enjoy the clean air and the forest. It's a shame that it rained so we couldn't see the stars in the clear sky. The hot spring bath was good too.

This resort is very basic, it is totally set up for local Japanese, breakfast is supplied but there is virtually no western food available and no one speaks English. I left coins on my bedside table, I noted there was 3 x 100yen coins which I planned to use to do the washing machine which only takes 100 yen coins. When I returned after skiing the cleaners had taken the 3 x 100 yen coins. Cleaner theft is very disappointing as they are in every room unsupervised. Management didn’t seem that interested when I tried to report it. This place is the equivalent of a 3 star country hotel in Australia. The staff that looked after skis in locker room were lovely and friendly.

This is our third ski season in Clubmed and our first time in Hokkaido. After comparing three Hokkaido snow villages, we chose Sahoro and finally found that our choice was right! There are few people here and the snow trails are very good, especially our coach Yaro! He is very professional and will provide targeted solutions to everyone's skiing problems. He corrected my shoulder problems that I had for many years 😭, and he also took us to his secret spots to take beautiful photos! This time I gave a 4-star rating, but under normal circumstances I would have given this hotel a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, when it comes to school excursions, regular customers may have to put up with a lot of things. When I went on a school trip to Fukuoka in February with a high school student, I went to the ski locker just in time for the lifts to start operating, but it was so crowded that there was no place to put my boots on, and the only option for dinner was buffet every day. I did. Also, when we were having a chat in the upper chat area of ​​Hanamori Kuma after dinner, we were asked to leave because a staff meeting was being held at a nearby table. This may not be something that should be said to the hotel, but I think they should have staggered ski departure times for each class to address the overcrowding of ski lockers. It's a shame that dinner is a buffet every day. I would like to open just either Yukizasaka or Sahoro Garden. If you have a staff meeting late at night, it may be possible to hold it in a space used as a breakfast venue, so there is no need to kick out general guests from the discussion space. I was disappointed because nothing like the above happened when I went on a school trip with a technical high school in January. Please note that there were no problems with the behavior of the students at either school. The facilities are not very luxurious, but they are well maintained and clean. All the staff working here are kind, especially the people at the ski counter. The meals at Yukizasa and Sahoro Garden are satisfying in both quality and quantity. This is a hotel that I would like to use again in the future.

Stayed in January for 3 nights and 4 days to use the Sahoro Resort ski resort. The first minus is that there is a road between the ski resort and the hotel, and you have to cross the road with your ski boots on your back. The hotel is small, so you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. It's easy because the distance to the ski center and the public bath is short. I would be happy if convenience stores sell bread.

Three years ago, Hanamorikuma's steak course and Japanese sukiyaki were closed, and the soup curry was gone - 10 points. If Kamori Kanko and Mediterranean Club achieve the above, we will go next term.

I thought I'd enjoy a mountain resort, but I wonder if it's a place other than skiing... I'm just worried about the oldness. It would be different if there was skiing or other action, but it's not a place to relax.
