The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation, and the smart toilet coupled with the spacious rain shower added a touch of modern comfort. The hotel's service was truly exceptional and thoughtful. From the warm and professional front desk staff during check-in to the efficient room service, every interaction was a pleasure. They even offered a complimentary sweet soup in the evening – the attention to detail was impeccable! Breakfast boasted a wide and delicious variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended to everyone!"

"It is a 5-minute walk from Shingu Station. There is a convenience store and a supermarket nearby. There are not many hotels in Shingu, so the options are limited, but this hotel is a normal business hotel. They changed the pillows, brought blankets, and were very kind. However, the walls were thin, and sometimes I could hear noise from the next room."

"The first impression as you enter this place does not bode well - the carpet in the reception area is heavily stained and soiled and this is true throughout the accommodation. The place is more like a run down holiday camp than a hotel. Meals are had refectory style at communal tables. The setting of the room was nice looking out onto the river, but the rooms only have toilets and basins, no shower or bath. The furniture in the room was heavily chipped and stained. Really the whole place should be closed down and refurbished, it’s shameful."
