Whether it was a special request or just daily housekeeping, their promptness and efficiency made a huge difference. One of the standout aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness and hygiene standards. The rooms were spotless, and all public areas were well-maintained, which made me feel safe and relaxed, especially in today's times where hygiene is so important. The bathrooms were pristine, and fresh towels and toiletries were provided regularly. The room was cozy, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep throughout my stay. The view from my room was fantastic, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Situated conveniently, Hotel Kapil is close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. GGuest UserI rent 3 room 2 room is not clean, and mosquito enter from the broken windows, and and room dining table is broken, chair is very old and dusty. Before 8am no kitchen activity if u need morning tea then wait till 8am to9am for tea or other breakfast items.

GGuest UserThe quality of rooms is nice. Owner as well as the staff were quite responsive. I am a frequent visitor to shimla. Found this hotel improving. There are few renovated rooms as well which are no less than any luxurious class hotel. Food quality and quantity was also adequate. Such a pleasant experience helps to upgrade the standard of tourism in india. Will stay again in this hotel.
