Though the construction looks old, but the stay was very comfortable. Room was clean with very comfortable bed. Rooms are equipped with heating or cooling options. Rooms at the mountain side have beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast and lunch/dinner was good. Stuff at the restaurant or at the reception were very courteous. There are many fun activities for kids as well as adults.

Good property with limited view for one wing while the other wing faces the valley with good view. Good young management always ready to help and try and make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Good restaurant with limited choice but good food

It was an awesome trip. I was on an official tour to Shimla for 20 days. I stayed in the property for these many days. I have been looked after by the complete staff as a family member. I sincerely extend my appreciation to Mr Aman Sharma, Assistant Manager for managing my requirements of the rooms and guiding me for local sightseeing. I would like to commend the services of Staff in the restaurant, specially Miss Anuradha Negi. I also enjoyed the SPA services. It was in total a memorable trip.

We had a fantastic experience at Club Mahindra Mashobra! The staff were very sweet and super helpful. They looked after us so well and always had a smile on their faces. I'd like to mention Aastha, Anuradha, Varun, Vikas and Manisha. A special mention to Vikas Sharma, Vikas Chauhan and Aman who were instrumental to our happy stay. The food was simply amazing - every dish was delicious and delightful, thanks to Chefs Kapil and Abhishek who made every bite wonderful.

Overall nice stay. Rooms were neat and clean. However, the arrangement is good I felt...because rooms with view are small and spacious rooms aren't the ones with view. Since the property is on hill station it is set floor-wise. Ground floor is reception, restaurant and spa are on underground floors. All good and properly ventilated. View is beautiful. Staff was supportive. MANISHA and RASHI (among the staff) were nice hosts. They even taught me a few steps of Nati dance (of Himachal) after their performance on 24 August night. TARUN has been great host during dining, suggesting the best possible dishes for us to try. We tried sepu vadi traditional curry of himachal and loved it. Staff was really good and welcoming, Ajay, Risheb and everyone. Overall 9/10 experience.

A very beautiful and heritage property , located in a quiet nestled location. The front office reception was courteous. But he lacked the warmth and knowledge about Shimla from a tourism standpoint . I had asked him repeatedly about the opening and closing time of the institutions , he said he will find out and tell me . It never happened. I wish to mention about the F&B team, their conduct was very good , The service was good , but the food in the buffet was very average.Food preparation was below par, which I pointed to the chef and the restaurant manager. They tried to help me with some different preparations, I had finished my meal by then. Service recovery wasn't quick. The order taker from the room service was very quick to disconnect my calls before I could finish my queries, maybe some patience and practical training on customer dealing could be of good help here. The housekeeping is quite good and they were very prompt in service delivery . Overall it was a mixed experience. The HU rooms are decently spacious with basic amenities. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. I wish the hotel team good luck to plug these gaps and remain focused on service excellence.

Very bad service of food , we took a buffet offer before reaching the resort and what we got was pathetic, small bowls of different food served like ala carte… I will be asking for refund of my money for sure … but folks please be aware of this if you are planning to visit specially during week days. Also, nobody even informed us during check in otherwise I would have asked them for the refund of buffet package then and there. We stated just before this in club Mahindra naldhera and that was amazing but Mashobra club Mahindra unfortunately has disappointed so far specially with their food service.

We had a great time at Club Mahindra. The place was beautiful, the rooms were big, and the food was delicious. A big thank you to Chef Yogendra for making special dishes and to Manisha for her kind service. I highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Hospitality was excellent. Especially at F & B Manisha Roulta, Anuradha and Varun were very kind, courteous and took care till last day in serving food and enquiring about our stays in cm. I wish them good luck and prosperous carrier. Staff were excellent in guiding us to have lively stay

The property and room were clean and spacious. The toilet was clean and well stocked with toiletries. The Manager and the Staff were very courteous and we were well treated.

We were upgraded on check in. I guess this was lean season. Our stay was extremely comfortable. The staff was attentive to all our needs, especially the F&B team. One must mention Mr Vikas and Ms Manisha from amongst the team. One aspect Simla visitors must keep in mind is that travelling to and from Simla to Mashobra is an ordeal. If at Mashobra visit places locally only.

Excellent service overall at this resort, good food and most courteous service by dining section, special mention Hemant, Anuradha, Manisha and Varun. Every staff we interacted was most courteous, room, bathroom were clean, excellent dining room. Food is highlight at this resort, very helpful dining staff make sure that your requirements are met.

We came to Club Mahindra Mashobra for first time. We found the place quite vibrant. The staff is friendly and service is amazing. Manisha in restaurant always greeted us with a smiling face and her hospitality is excellent. Thanks for all the help.
