This was the prime reason we stayed with itc, staff was quite good and helpful with everything . The hospitality was up to the mark, would love to stay with welcome hotel. Weather was soo pleasant we really enjoyed a lot, fabulous breakfast, ambience, drink was good too.

Had a wonderful two night stay at ITC Welcome Hotels Tavleen Chail. The staff was helpful, polite and courteous whether it was at the reception desk, the restaurant or the housekeeping. Would definitely like to come back again, hopefully for a longer stay. One suggestion though....the mini bar in the room needs to be equipped with some basic drinks and dry snacks....could be on chargeable basis. Overall, loved the stay.....good, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Calm and picturesque surroundings. Definitely worth planning a relaxing trip to the place.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday. This property has recently become pet friendly and they allow dogs in the cottages. Other than the few initial hiccups, the property manages to win you over. The location is picture perfect - from every corner of the property. The food at the buffets is excellent - though the spread is minimum - but its quality over quantity. After the initial hiccups at the check-in, the FOM Ms. Pratibha and her team really left no stone unturned throughout our time here. The only sad bit about the stay - was that the spa was fully booked and we couldn't get an appointment there. Also, just a suggestion for the team - now that the property is pet friendly - they should provide pet beds and pet specific cutlery - like it is provided in other ITC properties.

A memorable leisure trip all thanks to one person Sunder Bisht (Yoga and Gym instructor) in the property. We learned number of yoga asanas from him. If you are visiting the property, never miss the awesome yoga session with him, you will surely love and enjoy the same. We have visited number of ITC properties, but this is the first time, a person out rightly came to teach us yoga. He is really a sweet person and of helping nature, always willing to help others in fitness. Looking forward to visit again and do some yoga sessions with him !!!!!

Delightful, awesome, luxurious stay. The staff is prompt, courteous and caring. Special thanks to Sous chef Vijay ***** with Deepak, Khushwant, Priya, Sheetal, Bodh Raj and Manju. The food was super excellent. Waking up to the mountains was divine and pristine.

This is beautiful hotel nestled in the hills of Chail offering incredible views from every where. We stayed here for a night on Christmas Eve on our way to Theog. The weather was perfect and we were expecting some snow in the evening. We received a very warm welcome at the property and we took advice from the lobby guards and headed out towards Kufri to experience live snowfall. After a mesmerising evening witnessing live snowfall, we returned to the hotel. Our beautiful Deluxe Cottage was warm and cosy and we enjoyed a beautifully prepared dinner in our room itself. Further, the view from our cottage was splendid. The washroom was quite large but unlike the room, there was no central heating there. On colder evenings/mornings, a heated washroom is really missed. The breakfast next morning was also memorable. The restaurant has a very picturesque outdoor seating, which is undoubtedly the best place to enjoy breakfast on a cold sunny morning. Overall, this is a great property to consider if you want to stay in luxury and want to get away from the hustle-bustle of Shimla.

The property is very good & located at good location . Food is also very good. But there are few things which need to be taken care off. a) No proper food & dormitory facility for car drivers (sopher ) b) I failed to get some special feeling / surprize from the hotel, as before arriving, my purpose to visit hotel was asked by the property staff, to which I make them clear that its my 22nd marriage Anniversary and they sue motto offer me for some surprise, which they failed to give during my stay for 3 nights. Not even celebration cake was offered.
