Its value for money, but rooms were not that clean, its looks near to Other places but not, Check accordingly before booking

Hotel was charging us for a second cofee from our breakfast and we don’t know who was drying their underwear infront of our room and to top it all no water or electric kettle was present in the room

Comfortable stay. Food is also very good. Centrally located and also has good parking space for vehicles.

When the flight is been cancel-led initially due to bad weather, how can you expect me to come and stay. I think that way, your non-cancellation policy should have some relaxation. Its not that i didn't wanted to come. Will make sure in future to book those hotels who allows cancellations.

bathroom are not good old build and old material room size is average and this prize there are some better options available in shimla poor quality

The staff were attentive and genuinely interested in ensuring that i had a pleasant stay. From the housekeeping team to the concierge, everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. Facilities: 4. 5/5 the hotel offers excellent facilities, including a well-maintained fitness center and a cozy lounge area. The only minor issue was that the fitness center could get busy during peak hours, but this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent experience. Dining: 4/5 the on-site restaurant provided a variety of tasty options for breakfast and dinner. The food was fresh and well-prepared, although service during busy times was a bit slower than expected. Nonetheless, the quality of the meal made up for the wait. Value for money: 4. 5/5 considering the level of comfort and service, himland east offers great value for the price. It’s a well-priced option for travelers looking for quality accommodation in a central location.
