The *** at the reception is rude and insolent. The premises had a bad odor in the room, bathroom everywhere. Bed sheet was stained with beetle leaf spittle. Do not know when the linen was changed previously ? Bathroom door handle was broken. There were two huge holes where the handle should have been. Room size was so small , the beds make it impossible to move in there. Ruined my holiday. Not at all recommended. I had booked this place only because of the OYO name and through Make My Trip.com. The insolent *** at the front desk seems to allot the worst room at the home stay to those who book through Make My Trip.com. Now both Oyo and Make My Trip get a bad name for no fault of theirs !
