房間更是給了我極大的驚喜。空間佈局合理，裝飾簡約而不失精緻，床品柔軟舒適，彷彿躺在雲朵之上，一夜好眠自然不在話下。房間內設施一應俱全，無論是高速穩定的無線網絡、高清的電視節目，還是齊全的衞浴用品，每一個細節都彰顯出酒店對品質的追求。而且房間打掃得一塵不染，衞生狀況堪稱完美，這一點對於注重衞生的我來説尤為重要。

I have also stayed at this hotel in other cities. The overall is good, the service is thoughtful, the enthusiasm, there are snacks around, there is a large supermarket within 10 minutes walk, the lack of parking spaces at the door is small, but I am very lucky to have an empty location.

My boyfriend and I planned a spontaneous trip, and the destination was the historic Shijiazhuang. Before leaving, I browsed the Internet for a long time and finally chose a hotel with a high rating.
It was already evening when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk lady was warm and thoughtful, and quickly checked in for us. When I walked into the room, a warm picture came into my eyes: the words ”Happy Birthday” were placed on the table, and there were also exquisite snacks and fresh fruits, as well as a handwritten birthday card, which was full of warmth and blessings between the lines. Thank you very much for the blessing of the room lady.
I was very surprised and hurriedly asked my boyfriend if he had arranged it in advance. He smiled and shook his head, saying that it was a surprise from the hotel. It turned out that when checking in, the front desk lady carefully found that my ID card showed that today was my birthday, so she quietly prepared this surprise for me.
This unexpected birthday gift made me feel the hotel's care and concern for the guests. It's not just the layout of the room, but also reflected in the details.
Their hotel's cooperation is really high. I have stayed in so many hotels, and they respond quickly. They care and show concern for guests in detail.
When we left the hotel, the front desk lady said goodbye to us warmly and welcomed us to come again next time. I sincerely thank the hotel for the birthday surprise prepared for me, and thank all the staff for their attentive service. This trip to Shijiazhuang not only made me spend an unforgettable birthday, but also made me feel the warmth and enthusiasm of this city.

BbbchenThe location of the hotel is very good and the transportation is convenient. There are subway stations and bus stops at the door. The hotel room is large and the bed is very comfortable. The receptionists at the front desk are very enthusiastic, but there is still room for improvement in some things within the business scope. One drawback is that the hotel elevator is shared with other users of the building, but the advantage is that you can go directly down to the food street on the first floor.

Aapple0906The hotel environment is super good. You can run around the lake, go to the gym, play ball and swim. The breakfast is well-matched. The hotel service is super considerate and enthusiastic, and you can fully appreciate the hotel's attentiveness and thoughtfulness. The most important thing is that it is very close to Zhengding County, about 5 kilometers by taxi, and you don't have to go into the city to get to the airport. You can get there in half an hour. It was my first time in Shijiazhuang, and the hotel gave me the best experience!

Ddude_abroadMy daughter left her phone in the hotel room, and we didn't even notice that we left something behind. The hotel called us when were on the bullet train home and informed us that we had left a phone behind. The hotel immediately sent the phone out to us via overnight SF Express. Thank you very much.
Aside from that we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel is located directly on Wanda's Pedestrian Street. Street food, shops, mall, restaurants are all right outside your door.
The in room carpet is a little worn out and dirty, and the AC doesn't work very well, but aside from that it was a great stay. We will definitely be staying again.

NNavinOverall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? AAmerican lodging AdjusterService, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China.
If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed .
By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

NNicDOverall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

GGuest UserLocated on the south side of the West Square of Shijiazhuang New Railway Station, it is close to the railway station and very convenient for travel. There are buses and subways around.
