第一次住華住旗下酒店，本來以為全季檔次還行，呵呵，還不如IHG的智選。本人石家莊土著，過年回家帶娃住酒店，這個酒店新蓋的，300出頭感覺還可以（希爾頓也就500+）就訂了，結果衞生設施都很差！首先説是有地下停車場，但是停車很亂根本找不到車位最後繞一圈又停到了酒店坡道；然後房間進門有裝修板材的味道，木地板是最差的複合地板；酒店電梯指示不明確，沒有標哪個梯到多少層，要仔細看哪個是全季的電梯才可以 衞生：衞生間的頭花我進門就有，所以這是沒打掃房間？門上我拍照的位置有黏糊糊的東西不知道是什麼 設施：被子超級硬，枕頭也不舒服，一共仨枕頭。馬桶還不錯，加熱便圈。感覺房間內沒暖氣，空調製暖不行，室內温度我剛進去才20度，有暖氣至少也得24度啊！空調吹了一晚上30度最後温度顯示25度，吹得我口乾舌燥嗓子都啞了 環境：沒有景觀，地理位置優越，裝修不如對面的桔子水晶，屋內氣味重，香薰聞了不舒服 服務：請看這個電話，誰知道你們服務枱電話是多少？不能貼個指引？？前台就一兩個人，打電話經常打不進去，我以為是他們系統問題結果告訴我是人手不夠 很不滿意，以後不再住華住的酒店了。如果相中這個位置，可以考慮同一位置的桔子水晶，大廳裝修更好一些 工作人員服務態度還不錯，但是抵不上入住的這些糟心事
