I think this hotel is probably endorsed by the government, otherwise it shouldn't be so bad. Care about reputation... The breakfast level is low in this level of hotel, not many varieties, and the grade is not high... The hardware facilities are OK, but the corridor is illuminated by the skylight, and it will be dim at night... It was 10 o'clock in the evening on the second day of check-in, and the hotel's automatic sprinkler for watering the flowers was still on, absolutely disgusting. I called the front desk and at first they said it was not their hotel's responsibility and asked me to call 12345. It was really ridiculous... Later they said it was their hotel's responsibility and asked the construction workers to turn it off. It took half an hour and two calls to turn it off. The service is really ridiculous... The software needs to be greatly improved. In summary, the park environment is among the best in this level of hotel, and the service is also very bad in this level of hotel... However, we lived on the third floor, and the service attitude of the female waiter who cleaned the room was particularly good. I don't know her name. I really want to praise her. **Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

The hotel has free parking and is located in the city center, which is very convenient to go anywhere. It is very close to the museum, and the most important thing is that it is very close to Beiguo Shopping Mall. Shopping lovers are ecstatic and it is worth recommending 👍🏻

I have held a meeting in Yunzhen Jinling Hotel in Beijing before. I feel that the staff are very responsible and the environment and facilities are very grand. This is my first time in Shijiazhuang, so I chose this hotel with confidence. First of all, the hotel is in a very good location. It is directly opposite the Hebei Museum and can be seen directly. There is a subway station downstairs and there are many local delicacies nearby. Secondly, the environment and facilities of the hotel also meet the five-star standard. The most important thing is that the service here is really good, and they also took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The noodles for breakfast are really delicious! Let me talk about a few details that impressed me deeply: 1. When calling the guest service, basically the phone can be answered after one ring, and the guest’s surname is called accurately, and the room situation is also very familiar. 2. Milk will be placed very considerately in the evening. 3. The hotel brings its own drinking water, which is very convenient. In short, this stay is very pleasant. There are many specialties for breakfast. Xiaohao introduced the characteristics of the restaurant. Xiaoliang gave me figurines. There is also a playground for children to play, claw machines, and the lobby bar environment is very elegant and high-end. Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.
