Ulasan METROPOLO JINJIANG HOTELS

My daughter left her phone in the hotel room, and we didn't even notice that we left something behind. The hotel called us when were on the bullet train home and informed us that we had left a phone behind. The hotel immediately sent the phone out to us via overnight SF Express. Thank you very much. Aside from that we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel is located directly on Wanda's Pedestrian Street. Street food, shops, mall, restaurants are all right outside your door. The in room carpet is a little worn out and dirty, and the AC doesn't work very well, but aside from that it was a great stay. We will definitely be staying again.

I booked in just after 9pm after getting off the fast train. My host teacher picked me up from Shijiazhuang station and drove me to the hotel but we couldn't drive near, because the street was closed to traffic. We walked about 500m and my teacher helped translate at check in, as I was very tired after the long flight from Australia following directly by the 7hr train trip. I just used my passport. The room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and the bad air quality seemed to be leaking in somewhere. I ran my portable air purifier all night. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed in very good working condition apart from the thermostat. Despite trying to reduce the room temperature to 16-18°c it remained at 23-24°c which is too high for me. I had a boutique queen room that became very warm when opening the thick curtains. It is quiet and clean.

So happy with the location & service! The staff were friendly and so close to everything. Only issue is the shower door doesn’t fully close so water will leak out after showering & the aircon did not work well, but generally was really nice!

比較乾淨整潔，比較大，躺着比較舒適，在火車頭夜市中間，地理位置比較合適，設施設備也很齊全，有洗衣服，洗衣服很方便，早餐比較豐盛，服務比較好，大堂環境很好，退房的時候還贈送了雪糕和伴手禮，下次去還是會優先考慮

這是第二次入住，和媳婦兒帶着一歲多的崽子，為了離火車頭近些方便，也讓孩子感受寬敞和潔凈的環境就選擇了最大的套房，整體也是不負期待，房間打掃的很乾凈，從前台小姐姐到餐廳阿姨態度都非常熱情，服務非常到位，驚喜的是退房的時候還送了小伴手禮，體驗很好，下次再來的時候依然是首選項。

酒店位置很好找 距離商圈也很近 酒店前台服務很好 房間乾淨整潔 距離地鐵站和公交車站也很近 周邊有很多好吃的 房間隔音很好 下次去石家莊還會選擇這家酒店！

房間很大，很乾凈。酒店服務很好，提供的免費飲品清涼可口，前廳經理Queen還貼心提供了新鮮美味的果盤，點贊👍

早餐很豐富，咖啡是現磨咖啡豆，中餐和西餐都非常棒！樓下就是萬達步行街。出行方便，逛街商務皆可。
