I like Miramar very much. The service is warm. Guests staying here can also enjoy the executive tea bar on the 28th floor with their room cards. This is very convenient. You can have tea and chat. Here I would like to sincerely thank Miss Lei Lei from the executive bar of Miramar. I made an appointment for the big tea table in advance to discuss things. I was actually unsure. Now many places may not be reliable even if they make an appointment. But when I got there, I saw that the big tea table was really reserved for me, and I felt at ease. We made a simple arrangement together and entertained my guests in the executive bar. Miss Lei Lei's service is very enthusiastic, and her name is also very easy to remember. She is a very good girl. It makes people feel very comfortable. Talking to guests in such an environment has become more efficient. I will come here again when I come to Shijiazhuang in the future, and I will recommend it to my friends around me.

First of all, hygiene is the key to passing the test.
The front desk service is also very good and will meet customer needs.
I have stayed here no less than 20 times, so it would be better if we get a discount. For example, complimentary breakfast, late check-out, etc.

The hotel was originally a supporting facility for the water park, with floors 1 to 4 being the water park floors, and the 5th floor being reserved for water park accommodation, massage, etc., and being rented out as a hotel to increase efficiency. The rooms have been renovated but the decor is still traditional and acceptable. There is a fruit bowl for free, but the drinks in the refrigerator are charged, but the price is not marked! The worst thing is that the TV is a model from at least 20 years ago. It is thick and small, the reception is not clear, and the remote control is not very controllable! Renovate the whole house but don’t replace the TV? There is mainly a sports field next to the location, so there are no shopping malls, restaurants and other facilities. The bus stop is far away, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the airport bus.

The hotel has an excellent location, opposite the museum, and is very convenient for eating, drinking and leisure. More importantly, the hotel is in good condition and has very good humanistic care. The front office manager Gao Xuecheng and Xiao Wu provide warm and thoughtful service, and the room attendant Han Xiuting prepares warm fruits and pear juice. Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

As a senior Huazhu Club member, I originally wanted to book the newly opened Orange Crystal in Shijiazhuang, but I heard that the International Building was very good as an old hotel, so I chose to stay for one night. I didn't expect it to be far beyond my expectations. Although the whole room is not big, the sanitation is very thorough, almost spotless. The room is equipped with air purifiers, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, which is beyond the standard configuration for many hotels. The hotel is opposite the Hebei Provincial Museum and the subway station is downstairs. The transportation is very convenient, the sun is abundant, and the sound insulation is also good. You can see people feeding pigeons, which is very pleasant. In the public area, all guests staying in the hotel can go to the executive lounge on the 18th floor. Rest, every floor There are also free fruits or teas for self-service beside the elevator on the first floor. Such service details are everywhere in the hotel, and the sense of details is full. As a four-star hotel, Hebei International Building is much better than many so-called five-star hotels that are not ambitious. You can enjoy five-star services for only 300 yuan. It has to be said that the price-performance ratio is full. The only drawback may be that the building is indeed a bit old, resulting in poor sound insulation, but it does not affect me too much. There are various restaurants and fresh food shops from the first to the fourth floor, and you can basically do not leave the building. Really nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you.
The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one.
If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address.
No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

The room attendant is warm and thoughtful. Not only did he prepare welcome fruits, but he also gave the children stuffed toys. The children were very happy. SShaniceCThis hotel is the most beautiful in Shijiazhuang. The landscape is beautiful and the interior is very aesthetic. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and it is extremely beautiful. The room was clean and we enjoyed the bath tub. There is also a big balcony but due to it being winter time we didn’t get to enjoy it.
The gym is great for a hotel and not to mention very clean. It has all the essential equipment for a great workout.
The hotel advertised having western and Chinese breakfast however as a foreigner the western selection is basically just bacon and some different types of bread (croissant, danish etc). The breakfast was also extremely cold for the 5 days we had it. Also there was only 1 restaurant (a la carte) open during our stay so we had to find our lunch and dinner outside of the hotel. This was extremely difficult as there aren’t many food options in this area. This was the only thing we didn’t like.

CChiThe hotel is a 2-floor section of a much bigger building structure. The room I stayed was clean with light decors and vaulted ceiling making me feel cozy and relaxed. The king-size bed was firm and conformable for my back. The hotel rooms and facilities are not extravagant but practical, making me feel at home. Although the location is not city-center, there is a metro station across the street. The breakfast serves both cold and hot dishes, much more selection than the ones you find in a typical Marriot Residence/Springhill suite. The hotel is tea-house themed, perfect for quiet conversations. The service was great and they tried their best to accommodate my needs, including late check-out. Love to stay there again next time I visit the city.

My host teacher picked me up from Shijiazhuang station and drove me to the hotel but we couldn't drive near, because the street was closed to traffic. We walked about 500m and my teacher helped translate at check in, as I was very tired after the long flight from Australia following directly by the 7hr train trip. I just used my passport. The room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and the bad air quality seemed to be leaking in somewhere. I ran my portable air purifier all night. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed in very good working condition apart from the thermostat. Despite trying to reduce the room temperature to 16-18°c it remained at 23-24°c which is too high for me. I had a boutique queen room that became very warm when opening the thick curtains. It is quiet and clean.

I especially appreciated the high-quality service, as well as the delicious breakfast options. Overall, Henan Plaza Hotel offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

NNavinOverall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.
