Hotel Family Friendly Shijiazhuang

The hotel is a 2-floor section of a much bigger building structure. The room I stayed was clean with light decors and vaulted ceiling making me feel cozy and relaxed. The king-size bed was firm and conformable for my back. The hotel rooms and facilities are not extravagant but practical, making me feel at home. Although the location is not city-center, there is a metro station across the street. The breakfast serves both cold and hot dishes, much more selection than the ones you find in a typical Marriot Residence/Springhill suite. The hotel is tea-house themed, perfect for quiet conversations. The service was great and they tried their best to accommodate my needs, including late check-out. Love to stay there again next time I visit the city.

I lived in a tatami room with my child. Since it was winter, the tatami was not air-conditioned at the corner of the window, so it was cold. The double bed was easy to put together and it was very big. There was no breakfast. During the Spring Festival, the front desk staff helped to apply for the lowest price breakfast service. The breakfast variety was basically satisfied. The taste was good. The child ate for two consecutive days. There are free snacks, tea, coffee, and porridge at night at the front desk. After checking out, the child dropped the charger and notified us to return it as soon as possible! Facilities: Basically complete, the most high-end sound of air conditioning is a bit loud Hygienic: very clean, cleaned in time Environment: Facing the street, there is not much noise interference Service: Very in place, very friendly attitude

The advantage is that Atour members enjoy early check-in and late check-out plus breakfast. The point that has not worked is that the hygiene is OK, the bedding is OK, the deep sleep pillow pro is OK, but it is not as comfortable as said on the Internet. The disadvantage of Tucao is that the room can't be cleaned up in time for the full room. It has been three or four o'clock in the afternoon and it has been waiting for nearly an hour to have a room. Unless you add money to upgrade the room type, the profit of the full room is earned by Atour. The cost of waiting is borne by the customers who stay behind. Secondly, I have to re-record the license plate number every time I go out of the car. I am busy with the front desk. I have to wait for the door. Can I improve it? Check in the license plate and check out the record. Breakfast is not as rich and delicious as the Internet said, I can say it. The sound insulation is not good, and the next door has been snoring very clearly. Many hotels will also send souvenirs or see children who will give children toiletries, only Atour minimalist style 🤣. Sorry, I really can't like Atour anymore, I don't want to give a bad review, but I really don't want to give a full score.

The bed is moderately soft and hard, and it feels gentle as soon as you lie down. The height of the pillow is just right, so that I, the person who recognizes the bed, sleeps well all night. This stay experience is perfect, next time you come here, you will definitely choose this one!
