房間的吊燈茶几上的敲頭，不知道誰設計的，頭上有包，打完電話站起來敲一下。設施確實高大上，但服務説真的也就是中規中矩，很普通，這個價格來説，感覺更像一個國營大飯店的感覺。適合商務宴請，但性價比一般。除非你特別喜歡游泳和温泉。

新開的酒店，酒店設施很齊全，有游泳池。但是各種服務差到爆，早飯人多到坐不下，讓我們自己端着去對面餐廳吃，回頭再進來拿食物又問有沒有刷房卡吃早餐了，真是讓人憤怒，本來就服務各種不到位，還一天到晚就問有沒有記早飯次數，從開始吃早飯到吃的差不多，吐司麪包蛋糕一直缺貨一直沒補，問了也沒説法，最後吃的差不多了去看了下終於補貨了也是不容易，中途目睹一個工作人員撞了客户導致水果掉在地上，工作人員和客户道歉了，但是地上的水果一直沒人打掃。家裡人説牛奶沒法拿，因為沒有杯子了，我也是震驚了。好在後麪再去，杯子終於補上了。總體來講，就是酒店硬件設施還不錯，服務太差勁了，還有辦入住的前台，一個笑意盈盈，一個欠錢臉，可惜我碰到的就是那個冷漠臉，房間迷你吧都是收費哦，沒有免費的哦。酒店自帶的游泳池遊樂園那邊的服務，説實話也一般般吧。總體服務體驗感很差，硬件沒問題。
