房間，早餐之類的都還是不錯的。重點需要提升下內部服務，譬如水療館搞的跟特務接頭一樣，按半天門鈴沒人接待，好久才會有迴應。

特別好的酒店 環境 早餐都很棒的 早餐的雞蛋餅最棒
就是覺得衞生間臭臭的
因為就住一晚就也沒找前台換房間
也會覺得房間裏面有之前住客抽煙的味道
我自己是本地人 招待外地的朋友的 期待更好 也算是射陽招牌了

從進大堂辦理入住開始就很貼心 前台小姐姐顧蓉很周到 仔細介紹了房間區域 雖然訂的是不包含早餐 但依舊推薦了早餐使用 介紹了時間和地點在哪 房間設施設備很完善 有大浴缸 智能一體 推薦入住 來射陽必選酒店

垃圾，垃圾，垃圾，洗漱台，下水管道壞的，衞生間轉個身都要撞牆，陽台小的可憐，温泉沒開，弄的汗蒸館淋蓬頭都沒有，一根大粗管子，房間桌子都是油，黏糊糊的。太噁心了。無法講評。

前台的服務員小姐姐態度非常熱情，行李還用手推車幫我送到房間，客房的床墊睡的很柔軟舒服，衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品很好用，孩子165身高還送了一份早餐。後面千鶴湖公園春景也很美，可以飯後去散步，酒店的西門可以直接去公園。下次來射陽還會選擇這家酒店！

已經不是第一次入住千鶴湖了，不管是出差還是帶小朋友遊玩，首先前台的服務非常的好，特別是小徐和小吳同志，小徐會貼心講解射陽特色，也幫助引領我們進入電梯給我們送上樓，房間的環境衞生也很滿意，小徐貼心告知我們早餐位置，也提醒我們有任何問題及時打電話與酒店溝通，早餐也很不錯
