I recently stayed here, and overall, my experience was just okay. The hotel has potential, but there’s room for improvement, particularly in the area of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I found an item of clothing (an underwear) left in the washing machine, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from this issue, the rest of the stay was satisfactory. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were adequate, but the hotel staff needs to pay more attention to maintaining cleanliness to enhance the guest experience.

The hotel is well maintained, and we particularly appreciate the executive lounge. The drink selection is outstanding, and the service is both attentive and accommodating, creating a comfortable atmosphere while ensuring we feel well cared for. We look forward to returning for another long weekend!

The beds are comfortable and the facilities in the room are newly furnished . The AI system can help us to solve the problems of lodging . The breakfast is also of various choices. A very good accommodation experience. The location is very convenient. There are several tourist destinations nearby. The hotel environment is clean and tidy. The staff is attentive. Special thanks to staff 小甘 for her considerate arrangements and service.

The hotel helps to accept packages in advance if you online shop before your trip. The hotel staff were very friendly. We arrived late at 2am there were staff at the counter to help to check. When we check in the first room, it was a bit smoky and the staff on helped immediately by giving a new room that was so cute! The room facilities were pretty good, spacious enough for 2- 3 huge luggages. The hot water shower and aircon was working as well.

We stayed 4 nights to celebrate Chinese New Year with family. We rented two identical 3-beds units in block E and they are great, spcious, clean, quiet. The staff are very friendly and polite. The apartment is close to Sea World, with abundant restaurants to choose from. There is also a subway station right there if needed. Behind the apartment, a hiking pathway is a plesent plus, mild climbing not very wild, efficient for moring walk. Overall, we highly recommend this service apartment, will come back.

Mr. 余林煬 is one of the best employees that I ever meet, he did good for check in, fast and very kind person. I also lost some expensive watch in my room and he also help me to locate it and keep for me next day to pick up! This hotel must stay as very nice and clean. A very nice hotel to stay. The receptionists for night shift I met during my stay were friendly and I got my room free upgraded! Highly recommend this hotel. About 10mins walk to the nearest metro station. About 3mins walk to the nearest bus station. Very convenient. 办理入住时已经是晚上6点多，前台服务很好还提醒我订的房没窗户，前台还免费升级了我的房型让我欣赏了深圳夜景，太感谢了！入住期间晚上的前台服务人员都很好，推荐悦得闲餐厅的早茶也好好吃！
