I been staying at this hotel for many years Great Location many restaurants around the Hotel the Staff is Great …. Peggy front end Manger she is so nice i highly recommend this Hotel.!!

Lovely big room with writing desk, liaise lounge and big bed - which was super comfy. The bathroom was a decent size with an excellent, powerful shower. The gym was (I think) also a commercial gym so the quality of cardio and weight machines was very good (mainly free weights with a few squat racks). The swimming pool was clean with wide swimming lanes with deck chairs and loungers available (pity the weather wasn’t better). I come to Shenzhen a lot and this was the best hotel find for value for money and location (5 minute walk to the metro and it took less than 40 minutes to get to the airport). I’d highly recommend this hotel - lovely service as well including tolerating my horrific attempts at Chinese!

The hotel has a good environment and is very close to Coast City, about 10 minutes' walk away, which is very convenient. The hotel front desk receptionist is very good at service. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes delicious. There is also a laundry room on the fourth floor. The room facilities are complete.

The location of the hotel was great as it is right next to exit A of the Daxin metro station. The room was also fairly clean and the TV was good (4K). The service by the staff was also good and were accomodating. However, the room lacked a mini fridge and was fairly small. The optional breakfast was decent but it lacked many normal options such as butter, jam, cereal to be had with milk or bread (i was vegetarian making it difficult). It is a chinese buffet style breakfast so perhaps that's why it doesn't include these items. Good options if you like chinese cuisine and are non-vegetarian though!

Check-in was a little underwhelming. Door staff gave up rolling the luggage midway from the door to the front desk, claiming that the luggage was too heavy. Front desk staff seemed confused about whether there were available rooms; we only managed to get checked in after approaching another front desk staff after 10-15 minutes.i Room was basic and therefore underwhelming for the price (and even below par compared to some of the lower cost local hotels). Ceiling area where the air conditioning was had mold, and TV was an old model. Saving grace was the view - there was a good view of Window of the Park, and the bed, which was very comfortable. The gym was well equipped and also had a steam room (though this was not 24/7 unlike the rest of the gym). Swimming pool was outdoors and large though subject to air quality and not heated. The spa was too pricey for the standard of service. Hotel itself has a direct connection to the next-door mall, which also has a direct connection to the Window by the Park (世界之窗） metro station. The mall has plenty of dining options.

The reception staff were very nice, got upgraded to a nice and larger room. Overall a good hotel with all the basic necessities and a mordent vibe in the room. The view wasn’t great (tin roof) but didn’t stay here for the view. The hotel Was quite close to the Metro station and that was very convenient.

im the family from HK. even the price is not cheap, but reasonable. very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful. the room is very clean with everything good support. the room is clean, no odd smell, everything is tidy even the floor is very very clean. the swimming pool is the very icon of this hotel. Loving it. you must come and swim, the view is great and the water is very clean. very recommended super five stars hotel. thanks Hotel giving me a memorable experience, hope will come again.

The room type I booked was 3 Tea Joy twin rooms and 1 Mahjong entertainment room. I had previously left a message on the platform asking for high-rise rooms and non-smoking treatment, which was met; the front desk lady was sincere and polite. I asked for the rooms to be arranged on the same floor, and she tried her best to meet our needs; room It's big enough, clean and smoke-free, but there's no refrigerator, which is a bit inconvenient; in addition, there's only a mirror in the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient to put on makeup. It would be better if there was a mirror in the entrance or near the window. The hotel is in a quiet environment, with a community supermarket nearby. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Vankeli, or you can ride a shared bicycle. Overall good experience.

This time I was assigned a newly renovated room with wooden floors and a bed that was just the right softness. There were hooks as soon as you entered the door, which was very convenient for hanging your coat. The new lighting layout was great, and you could adjust the brightness to your desired level. The side strip lights next to the small table were very soft, perfect for taking photos.

Not bad, worth coming again The breakfast is good, the coffee tastes fresh, I like it The noodles are also good, the service attitude is good, the lobby is clean and tidy, clean and orderly, good quality and low price
