Location:close to the Shenzhen north railway station, but to find the entrance it took lots of walking around to find it.
Service: clean place, strong smell of bleach. They also provide luggage storage for free.
🪟there are no windows in most of the rooms!!!!!!!! Please pay attention! I have no claustrophobia but I felt so bad inside-couldn’t really sleep! It might be only me but please choose smth else if you are sensitive.
Very poor choice of amenities, even cups are just paper cups but a condom selling machine! A bit disgusting-felt like staying in a place for some secret relationship.

This Pullman hotel is right next to Shenzhen North high speed rail station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Also number 4, 5 and 6 Metro stop in this station too. There is a shopping mall next to the rail station with many restaurants. I pick up some snacks and drinks from a 7-11 shop there.
Check in lobby and breakfast room are on 46 floor with a great view of the Shenzhen north area. All rooms are on high floor.
I stay in room 5608 with a nice view. Room is clean, has decent size, modern and relaxing design with bath tub, which is an added bounce.
Breakfast is buffet style with good selection. Coffee is decent too.
I have a relaxing stay there. Do not mind to go back for an other visit.

I stayed with Davis Int apartment twice in the past few weeks. The major merit is it's excellent location. I have to go back and forth between Hong Kong and ShenZhen. Being close to the ShenZhen North Station is a big plus.
The hotel is clean. The laundry provision on site is a big convenience and my wife gives it a thumbs up. The hotel reception staff is very polite and helpful. Whenever you asked them for certain items, like additional towels, toiletries, etc, it will be delivered within 5-10 minutes.
I will certainly stay in this hotel again in the near future. I have no hesitation to recommend the hotel to my friends.

Great location as the HSR ShenzhenBei Station is located just behind the Hotel Building, whereby one could take a lift to 3rd level which is ＜150m from the hotel, and then walk another 200m to HSR station main entrace.
As this is an apartment hotel, so basic provisions are there such as 4 sets of slippers, tootbrushes, towels, kettle, washing machine, fridge, etc. Cleanliness of bedsheets are well-maintained, and we only had 2 minor comments, i.e., 1) Hotwater heater which took a little while (＜1.5min) to get heat up; and 2) Toilet entrance metal sliding door was rather too heavy and may have to slide slowly to close it.
Generally, our 1 night stay was considered good.

Location was excellent for me, because close to Shenzhen North railway station. Room was clean.
All lights and curtains are operated with touch buttons, but those are not marked whatsoever. It took me some time to find the correct button for each light and curtain.
Checking in and out is different from what I am used to: first register at some kind of security guard at the front door. He will send you to the 8th floor where the reception is located in a dedicated room. Staff does barely speak English, so communication via WeChat (preferably; possibly some other translation app) is needed to share information about the room, your stay and check-out. For checking out it was sufficient to simply to leave the room key IN the room, take a picture of it in the room and notify the hotel staff via WeChat that you have left. I did not have to report to the front desk again.

Location is hard to find and staff is nice but they need to use translation app. Taxi drop off was far. We had to walk to find hotel with two suitcases. Not convenient near mtr. The back alley location is hard for taxis to drop off. Hotel should post a card so we have it to show taxi. Breakfast was good. Buy at the restaurant

Housekeeping was superb. Clean room everday. Location is unbeatable. However, frint desk (Cici) was cold and lacks customer servicr. We were unsure if she was ready to serve/check us in bevause she was looking as the screen the whole time and avoids eye contact too. She also has a difficult time conversing in English ane makes little effort to communicate in English so guests have to adjust which is odd since Mocy is an international hotel brand. Apart from this, was good and we’ve enjoyed our stay

Was assigned a room with strong stench of cigarette smell, went down to ask for change of room & was done immediately. Small room with limited space for 1 big & 1 medium luggage, but clean with basic amenities & In-room slippers provided. Limited space to hang clothes too, hangers not enough to use for 2 pax ＞＜
Hotel located juz outside the stretch of food stalls in the day & food street at night till ard 11+pm to 12mn. Ur tummy will never go hungry! Quite abit of walk to Hongshan 红山 subway station about 15mins away. A big shopping mall near the station.

The room comes with 1 king bed which suits 2 adults + 1 child well.
The front desk is very helpful. Thumbs up!
I faced the problem of using e-sim that I bought in Malaysia, then the front desk guy straight away came to my door to assist me with this issue. He even asked me to add them in WeChat, so that if anything needed help outside of the hotel, they could assist accordingly.
Another lady (I forgot to ask her name) also gave super good service. She patiently taught us how to use Di Di apps.
It would be great if the hotel could provide a different breakfast menu. So that we won't feel bored for eating same dishes daily.

Dinner buffet: here come to the part, I think all of you should skip it. I was very disappointed with the dinner buffet, 1st the variety is limited, sushi counter have 3 or 4 items, cakes only have few choices, ice-cream don’t even want to try, seafood counter er…em…, overall, it was not value for money.

GGuest UserIt’s my second time here and it’s still very good. The most I like about this hotel is the swimming pools (3 outdoor and 1 indoor) and the seaview. Breakfast is also very good with a lot of selections.

The facilities are limited, it would be nice to have a small bar or drinks area. The breakfast is average, although the restaurant is bright and good-looking. AC is way too cold, and the shower temperature fluctuates between hot and cold.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The few staff members who were on duty were very pleasant and helpful, although there was not a large team.

GGuest UserCheck-in was a little underwhelming. Door staff gave up rolling the luggage midway from the door to the front desk, claiming that the luggage was too heavy. Front desk staff seemed confused about whether there were available rooms; we only managed to get checked in after approaching another front desk staff after 10-15 minutes.i
Room was basic and therefore underwhelming for the price (and even below par compared to some of the lower cost local hotels). Ceiling area where the air conditioning was had mold, and TV was an old model. Saving grace was the view - there was a good view of Window of the Park, and the bed, which was very comfortable.
The gym was well equipped and also had a steam room (though this was not 24/7 unlike the rest of the gym). Swimming pool was outdoors and large though subject to air quality and not heated. The spa was too pricey for the standard of service.
Hotel itself has a direct connection to the next-door mall, which also has a direct connection to the Window by the Park (世界之窗） metro station. The mall has plenty of dining options.
