The location is amazing where you can maximise your time to enjoy their hotel and your short weekend escape. The service was extraordinary at the concierge named Aaron Zhou, he even helped me with purchasing the high speed train tickets 

House keeping staffs are very helpful, the location is excellent just right next to the Mall. Family friendly, will definitely book this hotel again.

Hotel was very clean, big room, Lounge was good for its price, breakfast buffet was definitely one of the best out of all hotels so far in Shenzhen. Playroom for kids was... quite rundown but kids loved the mall next door and staff spoke good english, very helpful/hospitable. Cookie was a plus too!

Facilities were adequate and staff was friendly. Would consider visiting again. Reception staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel room is comfortable and clean, nothing is missing. I called the reception because I had a problem with the air condition connection and after only a minute the technician arrived and the problem is fixed. This is an excellent and efficient service. In addition, the breakfast buffet is excellent with various selection of western and Chinese food.

Very good Accor M Gallery hotel French design 2025 new hotel Thank you for arranging a high floor with 270 degree view with guest toilet, stylish matte black Kohler bathroom brand, Dyson hair dryer standard. Space full solar blind control. Very comfortable thx for fruit platter and the duck figurine. M lounge is very good and the service is good. The 6F breakfast platform garden is beautiful. There are Dalang Commercial City and Houlang Commercial City nearby, where you can eat, shop and buy a lot. There is a huge mall called Yifangcheng here. Overall BRAVO. The coffee in the Gilded Executive Lounge is worth a mention. The evening cocktail set is also delicious. I will try the weekend buffet next time.

I recently visited the Mission Hills Golf Club in Shenzhen, and it was an amazing experience. The club boasts several world-class golf courses, each designed beautifully and catering to different skill levels. The lush greenery and stunning landscapes make for a picturesque setting, perfect for a relaxing day on the course. The facilities are top-notch, including a well-equipped pro shop and a comfortable clubhouse where you can unwind after a round. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout the day.One of the highlights was the variety of dining options available. The restaurants offered delicious local and international cuisine, making it a great place to refuel after a game. Overall, Mission Hills Golf Club is a must-visit for any golf enthusiast. I can’t wait to return and explore more of what this fantastic venue has to offer!

Nice hotel but walkway from metro to hotel has a lot of construction hence can be difficult if rolling luggages. Hotel provided a room upgrade and room is large with toiletries provided or upon request. Hotel has few restaurants but we didn't have the opportunity to try. Overall comfortable hotel with good service, will choose if in same area again.

The room and infrastructure are great, nothing to say. I will stay here again when I am on a business trip. It would be even better if there is a gym. The front desk service is very good. I wanted to check in early but there was no room available without communication at the beginning. The lady was very friendly and paid to upgrade the room so that I could check in. She also helped coordinate my personal needs when checking out. I will choose it next time.

Very helpful service despite only basic English communication. They even help me to install a WeChat app to book a ticket for the light show at the civic centre. That by the way is a must see! A very big luxury room including a bathroom with a rain shower. But the furniture and carpet are a little outdated and old. As well as two nearly dead cockroaches falling out of the aircon. In total it is still a good quality for the price because of the perfect location.
