The room are modern in design and mostly smart & digitalized set up. Spacious, comfortable bed as what it advertised for excellent sleeping quality. The only set back Of this hotel which had impacted the customer experience is really their flexibility and efficiencies. Only 1 assistant at the front desk serving all kind of customer’s requirement including handling the food delivery. We had bad experience for not able to get the tax drove in near to the lobby during heavy rain and we were all wet and caught in the rain badly during arrival. This is truly a major pull factor for us to revisit this hotel again. Overall is normal experience, if you are looking for sleeping quality then this might be your choice but if you are looking for professional experience, there are still rooms for improvement

The location is very convenient, about 30 minutes' drive from various ports. It has a pastoral feel in the city and is great for taking photos. The venue is large. If you are traveling with your family or there is team building on Saturdays and Sundays, the music will be loud and there will be a lot of people. I feel that this team-building event is mainly for guests. We went there on Friday and Saturday, and had just avoided the team building on Saturday and Sunday, but their team building setup alone, with the speakers turned on at 8am, was quite disruptive. In addition, the group meals we bought tasted average and the portions were average. Remember to go to the supermarket to buy additional food because they don't provide delivery services here. The hygiene level of the outdoor facilities is worrying. People basically don't go into the sand pool or the air mattress. When feeding the animals, only one type of animal is allowed, and the others are locked in cages. The venue is very large and we are short of staff. Things requested in the group basically take an hour to respond, so it is better to say what you requested all at once and ask them to send it to you early in the morning so that you don’t have to go back and forth. The so-called butler service, compared with other accommodations, is basically no service. They just take you to your room and that's it. They don't tell you where the light remote is or what's nearby to do. The accommodation is on the mountain, which is quite humid. There are many black spots and mold on the tents. Air conditioning, heating and dehumidifiers are provided here to minimize the impact. If you prepare yourself mentally for the above, you won't be disappointed.

It was my first time in Shenzhen. The accommodation in Futian District on the first night was a big failure. I had to walk around for a day, but it was too late and inconvenient to change hotels. I booked this Wyndham that night. When I contacted the hotel early the next morning, the guy at the front desk answered my questions politely and helped me check in early if the room allowed. After I arrived at the hotel, he also helped me check in quickly and chose the top floor I liked according to my requirements. The room has a first-class view! After entering the room, I felt suddenly enlightened. The spacious room, brand new bedding, and first-class smart guest control made me happy! I forgot the grievances of last night! There were several times during the stay that I needed help, and the hotel's housekeeping team was also very professional! They always responded to my needs in the first time, and the pick-up service at the subway station was also the highlight of this trip, which perfectly solved the problem of inconvenient transportation at the last section of the hotel to the subway station! The hotel rooms are clean! I love the shower/ shampoo/conditioners smell. I believe this should be one of the best hotels inside 古鎮！ The staff are very friendly and polite! Just slightly dark when we took the lifts at the lobby! Not sure if that is some energy savings issues! The simple Chinese breakfast serves at the nearby Hakka restaurant! Definitely will take my family to come back again!

Shenzhen Yizhi Hotel is very convenient for transportation. It is near Shenzhen East Railway Station. After exiting the station, walk to the right for about ten minutes. The room is very clean and tidy, with dry and wet separation, which makes people feel very comfortable. The service is also very good. All the waiters in the hotel are very patient and enthusiastic, especially the waiters at the front desk. The service is very good. We asked a lot of questions, such as whether it is convenient to go through customs there, how to go, whether there are any requirements for luggage to go through customs, etc., especially the welcoming attitude of the young man named Xiao, which made us feel at home. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable! The surrounding environment is also OK, there is Watsons downstairs, a shopping mall next door, and a cinema! It is also very close to the subway station, exit D3, turn left, turn right, and then turn left!

It only takes 15 minutes to walk to Baigelong Station! There are large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, and you can eat downstairs in the hotel no matter day or late at night! The surrounding facilities nearby are very good! But the hotel is so so! There is a school across the street, and the highest floor of the hotel is only the 5th floor! It’s okay if you leave early or stay on Saturdays and Sundays, but if you get up after 07:30 in the morning from Monday to Friday, it’s not recommended! It’s very noisy because the hotel windows are not soundproof! The air conditioner in the room is colder than the refrigerator, but the cleaning is OK!
