A treasure hotel that delights detail lovers! The modern king-size bed room of the Three Dimensions Space Hotel is really amazing! I was conquered by the details as soon as I entered the door - the whole house voice-controlled intelligent system understands the needs of lazy people. It only takes one sentence to turn off the lights and adjust the temperature. The projector has a clear picture quality that makes you feel like you are in a movie theater! The speed of scanning the code to call the robot to send bathrobes and mineral water is amazing, and you don’t have to bother the front desk in the middle of the night. I especially praise Miss Yang at the front desk! The smile is super sweet and the service is super professional. When checking in, I explain in detail how to use each smart device. The room design is very popular with me. The whole room design is very ins. The mattress is moderately soft and hard. It feels like being wrapped in clouds when you lie down. The sound insulation effect is also great, and you can’t hear the sound from the corridor at all. Whether it is the sense of technology, comfort or service, there is nothing wrong with it. It is completely worthy of the five-star praise! I have recommended it to my colleagues. It is absolutely right to choose this place for business trips or vacations!

I booked a room here in Shenzhen temporarily. I thought it was just a simple one-night stay, but after entering the room, I felt that the facilities and equipment were very good. There was also a small refrigerator in the room with free drinks and water. There were also breakfast and good night porridge to enjoy, which was really great! ! There was even a gym! I really didn't expect it! The room was on a high floor, and it was very enjoyable to stand in front of the window at night. The hotel parking was also very convenient, the front desk service was very good and friendly, and they answered any questions patiently without feeling irritated, and took the initiative to change me to a larger room. The price is very cost-effective compared to the facilities and equipment! This hotel will be my first choice when I come to Shenzhen in the future!

A very new hotel which looks like still in soft opening. The red cover paper on part of the name plate was still there. The location is away from city centre, requiring 1 hour 10 mins by metro from Futian city centre. The metro station is just 3 mins away on foot. The neighbourhood is very local and rather old which I enjoy walking around, things are cheap. The room is very spacious, interior clean, air conditioning quiet. But the metal frame outside the windows is very dusty and dirty. Breakfast is simple. The plates are oily and not clean. Checkin is slow. I had waited for 20 mins although there're only 2 guests in front of me. The price is excellent. There're some eateries and shopping centres in the vicinity.

The hotel has convenient parking, the front desk service is good and friendly, and they are patient in answering any questions without being irritated. They took the initiative to change us to a larger room, and the security guards were also very enthusiastic in helping us move our luggage from the car to the hotel. The indoor environment is clean and quiet, and the room is well soundproofed, which does not affect sleep. The facilities and equipment in the room are very good, and the water flow and water temperature are very comfortable. If I have the opportunity to come here in the future, I will still choose this hotel.

I booked this hotel to watch Zhou Shen's concert. The experience was great! The floor I was assigned was relatively high, very quiet and soundproof. The transportation was also very convenient. It was only a five-minute walk from the subway station. The front desk lady and the cleaning lady were also very enthusiastic. They not only helped to hang clothes, but also held umbrellas and sent us to the boarding point on rainy days. They also greeted us every time we entered and exited the hotel. Highly recommended!

This was my fourth time to stay in this hotel which was again for a staycation. The location is very good and I like the short distance of this hotel to Vanke Mall as I can walk around and eat in the mall and then went back to the hotel in just several minutes. Still, the room was very clean and I could even be confident and feel comfortable to stand in the room without wearing slippers. The water closet is equipped with heated board which I felt very comfortable.

New hotel almost looking exactly like Hilton Home but cheaper. Nothing to complain about. Location is a bit off.
