Hotels in Bao'an Central District and Qianhai, Shenzhen

I requested one baby bed ahead, nobody checked the request and also no reply about the request confirmation. I was waiting so long for the baby bed delivery to my room, but when I asked the receptionist, they trying to use the translator to inform me the hotel don’t have any baby bed. I booked another hotel to my wife and baby daughter to sleep comfortable . If you have family and small children, I don’t recommend that hotel ! Family room is just a king bed, just like another room, Breakfast also not good,  I can rate this hotel as 2

The hotel helps to accept packages in advance if you online shop before your trip. The hotel staff were very friendly. We arrived late at 2am there were staff at the counter to help to check. When we check in the first room, it was a bit smoky and the staff on helped immediately by giving a new room that was so cute! The room facilities were pretty good, spacious enough for 2- 3 huge luggages. The hot water shower and aircon was working as well.

It’s a great place to stay in Shenzen it’s a bit far from shopping and tourist spots but still great location. Rooms are clean, hotel staff is very helpful, and we loved details in interior

Transport provided to hotel, when i was there the driver was off day but hotel offered reimbursed on Didi-car fare via wechat pay (~CNY20+). I checked-in late (the next morning) and hotel extended my stay and offered late check-out. However, if next room visitors talked very very loud, it can be heard in our room. Opposite the hotel (walking distance) have plenty of restaurants offering local cuisine. Distance to main city (CBD area) is about 25minutes by Didi (~CNY45+) Overall, it is a good place to stay for resting before catching up the next schedule.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room is big and very clean. The staff was super friendly, and there wasn't any problem with foreign guests. The Wifi was good. The location was very convenient for me. I would come again anytime.

Excellent stay and service. Friendly front desk and helpful. Laundry was convenient and easy to use housekeeping was great and room was very spacious and comfortable great deal for the price. The community outside offers lots of food shopping and exploring

The hotel is just opposite Exit D of Xin'an Park subway station. After crossing the road and seeing Ping An Bank, the hotel is on its right, very easy to find! The room is clean and comfortable, the air conditioner has plenty of hot water, the toilet has a heating function, and it is very comfortable to sit on. It is recommended to add a non-slip mat in the shower area. When the floor is wet, children will easily slip!

I chose this place for a business trip. The location is good, close to the airport, two shopping malls nearby, and there are many suppers downstairs at night. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the lady at the front desk is also very nice.

The hotel is in a very good location, 3 minutes away from the subway station, with convenient transportation. The front desk service is warm and they also serve tea. The room check-in process is fast. The room price is low and the room conditions are unexpectedly good. I thought the room conditions were average for a low price. I am very satisfied with the stay and will choose this place for business trips in the future.

The front desk service is very satisfactory. It is very responsible. Free breakfast is provided. The breakfast is delicious. The environment outside the window is also good. The room is clean and tidy. I have stayed here many times. I will choose this hotel next time if I need it.
