Everything is beyond my expectations, love the interiors & the room layout. The theme colour is perfect for the city like Shenzhen, tropical & refreshing. And the service is also great, which fits with the Shangri-La standard. I may choose here again for my next visit, and looking forward to explore more.

Lovely place to stay in, easy to commute and staff are professional and friendly

Upon our arrival I showed the benefits and rewards which Trip.com states, the manager, who resembles HK TVB actress 陈法拉, gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom with 2 double beds unit. She even arranged a fruit platter for us. She was professional, patient and friendly. Thank you. The housekeeping staff were very hardworking, helpful and courteous. Thank you. Location is convenient. Metro is just across the road and bus stops too. Visiting places of attraction is easy. Takeaway was delivered by robot when our food arrived at the hotel lobby.

Super last minute booking for our wedding anniversary and luckily the booking was smooth. Arrived at the hotel to check in and we were immediately allowed to enter our room. There room was very spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel also spoiled us with various tea and coffee options plus welcome fruits for as a small gift for our wedding anniversary. Another thing worth mentioning is that room service was extremely fast. We ordered ice cubes, twice, and both times arrived in less than 5 minutes. There was some point at time in the evening where we smelled people smoking, probably from next door. Other than, everything was perfect and definitely will return.

Wonderful Stay at Ruixi Hotel, Shenzhen My business partner and I recently traveled to Shenzhen, China, and stayed at the Ruixi Hotel, located on Nanxin Road in the Science and Technology Park. We had an excellent experience and were thoroughly impressed by the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, with daily cleaning keeping the room spotless. One standout feature was the smart technology in our room, which allowed us to control appliances simply by voice commands—an amazing convenience. The location is very convenient. There were a lot of local restaurants around, groceries. Metro in short walk way. A special thanks to the receptionist, 小陈, who truly went above and beyond for us. Despite our limited Chinese, she helped us order taxis, receive parcels, and made our departure stress-free by assisting with travel arrangements. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Ruixi Hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, whether for business or leisure.

I have had a very stay in this hotel. It was very clean and people were friendly. Ms. Yuan was very friendly and she was the best representative I ever seen. The breakfast was awesome. No need to find another hotel If you are looking for a great hotel in great location 👍👍

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** I had an awesome stay at Qiuguo Hotel Shenzhen Coast City Nanshan Subway Station x! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, which made getting around the city a breeze. The hotel is modern and clean, and my room was really comfy. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help out. The daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, which was great. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and air conditioning were nice perks. One of the best parts was how close the hotel is to shopping centers and attractions. It made my trip so much easier and more fun. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Shenzhen. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a spacious room with a stunning bay view. This thoughtful gesture significantly enhanced my stay. I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your front desk manager Bruce during my recent stay at your hotel. He went above and beyond by assisting me in sorting out my ferry tickets, which was incredibly helpful. The following day, without any request from my side, Bruce left a message informing me that my check-out time had been extended to 3pm, knowing that my ferry was scheduled to depart at 4:30pm. This proactive and considerate action was a delightful surprise and greatly appreciated. Such outstanding service and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. I am grateful for the manager's efforts and would like to commend him for his exceptional hospitality. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience. I look forward to staying at this hotel in the future.

This is a very well managed service apartment situated right next to Sea World Square in Shekou Port. Pros: (1) Very spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, etc. (2) Excellent location - subway station is right downstairs, and the bars and cafes of Sea World Square is 3 minutes walk away. (3) Very affordable for Western business travelers. Cons: (1) The Siemens laundry/dryer is tricky to operate and tends to remain locked after a cycle. You need to look online to figure how to release the lock mechanically. The business should consider replacing these Siemens or provide explicit explanation about this lock-up problem.

The room is clean, free snack bar, and the staff is really nice to extend the checkout time to 2 pm as our return bus will be late evening. The gym is amazing and the service in the changing room was great. The only thing we felt disappointed was the location of the room as it's hardly see the sunset, but it's still a nice view. If we stayed in the rooms at the right side, we probably could see it without going out to the park.......I have reflected to the staff called Rebecca and she advised me to contact her next time if booking the same type of room again. Thanks for her help.
