Hotels in Shenzhen North Railway Station, Shenzhen

Stayed here for a night with family due catch the railway to Guangzhou on next day. Pullman hotel just located right next to Shenzhen north station, which very convenient for us. Hotel room was very clean Asked for special request from hotel, celebrated my wedding anniversary here. Thank you Jenny for her great hospitality. We had a special and unforgettable stays here! Will back for sure!

The room is very clean and spacious. The room comes with 1 king bed which suits 2 adults + 1 child well. The front desk is very helpful. Thumbs up! I faced the problem of using e-sim that I bought in Malaysia, then the front desk guy straight away came to my door to assist me with this issue. He even asked me to add them in WeChat, so that if anything needed help outside of the hotel, they could assist accordingly. Another lady (I forgot to ask her name) also gave super good service. She patiently taught us how to use Di Di apps. It would be great if the hotel could provide a different breakfast menu. So that we won't feel bored for eating same dishes daily.

Please don’t have the taxi take you to the “Orange” hotel; you will end up in another hotel! Instead find the Pomelo Hotel in Apple maps for the correct hotel location. There is a small walking street near by with lots of dinning options. There is a nice mall (with international food options) a couple of minutes away. The hotel itself is new and neat. There are some ventilation issues which makes it impossible not to smell other guests smoking in their rooms (although prohibited). But after staying in ＞6 different hotel all over china I guess its a common Chinese thing (ignoring the hotels non-smoking policy). Hotel could not provide wine glasses nor bucket with ice. Employees don’t speak English (but as always the translation app gets you where you need to be in terms of conversation)

001 we stayed at the Fei before. We like it because it’s close to the mall and you have so much food options to choose from. Noise wise it’s ok even though it’s close to the street it’s not that noisy. Cleanliness it’s also average. But its location and friendly service with comfortable room sold me.

Location was excellent for me, because close to Shenzhen North railway station. Room was clean. All lights and curtains are operated with touch buttons, but those are not marked whatsoever. It took me some time to find the correct button for each light and curtain. Checking in and out is different from what I am used to: first register at some kind of security guard at the front door. He will send you to the 8th floor where the reception is located in a dedicated room. Staff does barely speak English, so communication via WeChat (preferably; possibly some other translation app) is needed to share information about the room, your stay and check-out. For checking out it was sufficient to simply to leave the room key IN the room, take a picture of it in the room and notify the hotel staff via WeChat that you have left. I did not have to report to the front desk again.

The room is in an office building and is managed by Shenzhen Metro Property Management. It is clean and bright. My room faces north. I originally expected to see the mountain view in the south. Since I was tired that day, it was almost dark and the weather was bad, I didn't bother to change it. Facilities: The washing machine, clothes drying rack and smart toilet are very plus points. They are very practical for me, but the washing machine is a little complicated. The bath water is large and comfortable, and it is easy to adjust. It's very good. Hygiene: There is no big problem in this regard. The sheets and tables are quite clean. One thing to note is that it is best to change the toilet paper to a brand new one. The original one has been used to a small size. Environment: The viewing window sill does not seem to be very clean, which affects the viewing experience. It is recommended to wipe it regularly. Service: I didn't ask for any service, but I suggest that the store should not actively provide room upgrades in exchange for good reviews. The hotel is indeed worthy of good reviews, but there is still room for improvement. Summary: This is a very cost-effective hotel with a superior location, advanced and complete facilities and comfort. I recommend everyone to stay!

I often stay at this hotel with my boyfriend. The front desk service is good and the hygiene is very clean. The first time I stayed there, the lady gave me a welcome fruit, which was delicious. Once when I was on my period, I accidentally soiled the bed sheets. There were two young men on duty at the time, and I explained the situation to him. I didn't ask for compensation when I checked out. The service is worthy of praise. I wish the boss a prosperous business and a lot of money in the new year.

I stayed in this hotel because it’s close to the train station, 10 minutes walking. The hotel is very clean, nice smell, big room, very comfortable bed, lots of clean towels, bathrobes. Very very nice. The breakfast was mainly Chinese, not too much of a choice if you want a western one-for me it’s not a big deal. You have to ask a stuff to make you coffee, the coffee machine is behind the counter. In the advertising they mention a mini bar which is too embarrassing-some cookies and coke-better not to mention.

The hotel is a bit difficult to get into as there are no signs outside the building, but once you find it, it’s very conveniently located! The staff is friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Will stay here anytime I visit Shenzhen.
