Shenzhen Bao'an District Hotels

The hotel helps to accept packages in advance if you online shop before your trip. The hotel staff were very friendly. We arrived late at 2am there were staff at the counter to help to check. When we check in the first room, it was a bit smoky and the staff on helped immediately by giving a new room that was so cute! The room facilities were pretty good, spacious enough for 2- 3 huge luggages. The hot water shower and aircon was working as well.

Such a great hotel and super close to the airport. If you are utilizing the shuttle, make sure to follow directions to the hotel shuttle pick up location at the airport and call to schedule a time for the hotel to pick you up. I had the guard who was in the parking lot call for me then the hotel shuttle driver arrived in 20 minutes. The shuttle looks like the attached photo. Really loved all the food options near the hotel as well.

Very convenient location with just few minutes straight line distance walk to Metro station. Plenty of convenient stores. Clean spacious room with basic amenities. Foot door lock for extra room safety is a plus. Front desk and housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. Laundry provided in next building. Good value for money. Well recommended for stay.

My stay was very nice and comfortable, this hotel is just what I needed for a quick rest before my flight the next day. The service and staff were pretty good, the room was clean, but I could hear people walking and talking in the hallway because of the thin walls. Other than that it was pretty good considering the low price and it’s literally 10mins away from the airport with restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff was very welcoming and one clerk spoke good English which made everything much easier. I loved the room and enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend.

Modern decor, clean rooms, friendly staff. The airport drop off service was prompt. The only downside to hotel is the noise from the nearby train station can be very loud. However, we only used for one night stay before taking a flight from Shenzhen.

The hotel overall is nice given such low price. The room inside is neat and tidy and the staff are nice, one point to note is that the hotel is far away from MTR station.

Had 12 hours overlay at the international airport & needed a hotel close by the airport. 💚PROS: + Clean enough room, comfortable enough bed + had my own bathroom and a small roombar + Was pretty close to the airport + provided toothpaste, comb and a toothbrush + FREE drive from the hotel to the airport at different times of the day 💔CONS: - the rooms definitely needed more love and upkeep, especially the bathroom and the breakfast room - Aircon did not work - the breakfast was the saddest thing I have ever seen. No western options and the Chinese options were little, barely had any taste and did not look very appetizing 💗 A good choice if you're planning to only stay one to maximum three nights and are fine with eating breakfast elsewhere

a kind front desk worker who checked me in with some difficulty. Although I was early, I could get the room immediately. The room was a bit noisy due to the sound of the drains from the upstairs rooms. The room met its purpose. Sited amongst shops and restaurants it is located rather practical. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient, and they gave a wake up call well in advance.
