這次入住體驗真的太棒了！酒店位置超級方便，出門就是深圳北站，廣場還有很多餐飲，房間很寬敞，睡得很香，可惜車次太早了沒有體驗到早餐。酒店服務態度都很熱情，細節做得很到位。尤其是前台Carol，幫忙推薦了附近的景點和美食，省心不少。整體感覺物超所值，下次來一定還會選擇這裏！

離深圳北站近，坐車方便，其它沒有什麼優點，離市區很遠。扣的一分半是給辦理入住的前台melina zhang的，住這麼多家酒店，第一次遇見雙手遞給她證件，但她單手取單手返還的服務人員，而且是兩次！離譜的還在後麪：都辦好後跟她講了聲謝謝，她竟然默不作聲！麻煩酒店先做好員工培訓吧！！！

The location is amazing where you can maximise your time to enjoy their hotel and your short weekend escape. The service was extraordinary at the concierge named Aaron Zhou, he even helped me with purchasing the high speed train tickets
