I booked this hotel on 3rd April 2025 for a family of 5. We had a very good service at the counter , the person call Jeremy Wong was very welcoming and polite. He upgraded us to a better room, however the sound proof walls can be improved as we can hear everything. Apart from that everything was fine. Comfortable beds , shower cubicles etc

I had a wonderful stay at Skytel! Anna at the reception was incredibly welcoming and made check-in seamless. She provided great local recommendations and was always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had excellent amenities. The staff was attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel and truly appreciate Anna’s outstanding hospitality!
