Hotel is new. But the room design is weird, unlike normal hotel room with only a small window.

My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Skytel Shenzhen Central Park Branch. The hotel’s modern design and comfortable rooms provided a cozy retreat, while its central location offered easy access to local attractions and dining. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our visit enjoyable. A great option for a couples’ getaway in Shenzhen.

Helpful front desk staff. Room was very clean. Amenities is good. But need to improve on WiFi .

In terms of service, one of the staff Anna really stood out among all. She’s really polite, friendly and helpful in providing information on how to travel from Shenzhen to hongkong. It was our last night in Shenzhen and her service sweeten our stay and left a good impression on this hotel ! Pretty on point. Our cleaning auntie is very friendly as well. Love the room layout and it’s very spacious, clean and comfortable. And shoutout to the coffee IYUAN. It’s a must try for his coffee. Love the strong aromatic flavour. Will come back to this hotel if I visit Shenzhen!! Till the next time.

a 4-storey hotel which is very clean and has very helpful and nice staff. when we arrived, a staff helped us carry our luggages up the stairs and led us to the reception desk ti check-in dana and amber helped with our checkout and helped us to store our luggages as we wanted to explore the city hefore our ferry :)
