I would like to express my gratitude to the employee of the hotel, her name is Huang Minhui(黄鸭鸭) . It so happened that my wife forgot her phone in the taxi we took from the airport. Huang Minhui entered the position. She found the license plate number on the cameras. Then she called the taxi service. She found the driver's number there and the phone was found. Huang Minhui you are very kind and helpful, thank you very much!🫰🏻🤗 About the hotel, we liked everything, the rooms are very tidy and clean. A delicious breakfast was waiting for us in the morning.

Third time staying in this hotel. This is my go-to hotel when going in Shenzhen. About 20 minutes away from the airport (which is good for Shenzhen), and also close to our suppliers. There is also a bar/night club behind the hotel. A lot of food around the area also. I notice that the hotel is cleaner than before. One recommendation to the hotel: get rid of the carpets in the hallway! They stink!

The hotel was in a good location for what we needed and fairly straight forward to find. We arrived very late and check in was quick with staff being helpful. The entrance to the hotel is very modern and new, however, as soon as we got out the lift you could tell this was an old building. Room layout is very strange with the toilet directly next to the door. I didn't get a good sleep due to smoking odor, door alarms and other random noises. Teas, coffees and USB lead all provided, which was a nice comfort.

Highly recommended for travelers who need to spend a night near the airport. Basic and simple.

這次入住的酒店給我留下了深刻的印象，其整體裝修風格讓人聯想到希臘的聖託里尼島，藍白相間的色彩搭配和簡約而不失優雅的設計，營造出一種地中海式的浪漫氛圍。我選擇的房型空間寬敞，佈局合理，無論是休息還是工作都感到非常舒適。酒店的清潔度也值得稱讚，每一個角落都打理得井井有條，讓人住得放心。特別值得一提的是，酒店提供的沐浴露散發著清新宜人的香氣，每次沐浴都是一種享受，讓我對這家酒店的喜愛更上一層樓。

我必須要給這家酒店一個大大的好評！酒店的環境幽雅，裝修精緻，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，細節之處盡顯用心，服務更是無可挑剔，已經住了好幾次了，早餐非常可口種類很多，前台可濾小姐姐非常熱情友好，讓我有了一種回家的温暖感覺，下次還會選擇這裏。

車位非常多，交通便利，出行非常方便。後面不遠就是益田，離地鐵站有非常近，房間設計風格很高端，設備設施齊全、人性化。房間非常舒適，安靜，通透大氣。前台服務非常好免費升級了房型，負責打掃的阿姨遇見會主動打招呼詢問是否需要打掃房間，很貼心

離機場很近，寶利來附近，交通餐飲娛樂配套設施非常全面，要撒有撒。。酒店硬件設施 ，停車場很大，早餐就一般般，全季的水平。
