This B&B has a great location. I slept very comfortably and peacefully staying in this B&B. The soundproofing is very good and the room is very clean. Sanyea is about 2hr drive from Shenzen airport (1hr from train station), in a beach location away from the hustle of town. There are a number of small or big seafood restaurants nearby plus convenience stores, which is perfect for a getaway. Beach is just behind the hotel and Park in walking distance. Boating nearby.
The hotel itself is along the main road, so depending on where your room is can be noisy if you leave your window open (closed window and it is good, there is aircon in the room). The staff is super friendly and will recommend activities or help in any way. All done via chat. The rooms and all common areas are clean and well maintained. The room has a hairdryer, weighing scale and iron and shower gel, lotion, conditioner are provided. There is tea/coffee/snack/fruit in the room. Food served is excellent: 3 choices of breakfast set, afternoon tea set, plus in the evening sweet dessert is served as supper. The terrace on 2nd level is nice to sit and stargaze or listen to the waves of the ocean.
