Clean, functional, meets all basic needs, in a good location close to shopping mall and restaurants. However, water from the shower leaks out through the door onto the bathroom floor.

The location of this hotel is vrry good which is a few minutes wall from.kk one. The room is relatively small i cant see how can is be 30m2, i will say 20m2 max. The toilet is super tiny and the door leaks when shower.

The hotel room is tidy and has a big closet for storage. My favorite part of this hotel is it’s a convenient location with two shopping malls downstairs, KKONE and Future City. It’s great if you want to go shopping or grab a bite! Check-in is on the 24th floor, and the staff is prompt and polite to address any questions you might have. Make sure to visit if you are staying in Futian!
