Dynasty Hotel was overall pretty good. The 2 loft rooms were cute and well received by my family of 8. The location is good. If you cross the road, there are quite a few eateries and a 2nd floor supermarket about 300 meters away. There were no close convenient stores near. By the eateries is a beauty plaza where you can get a range of beauty and hair treatments.
The rooms themselves, although cute, could be improved. There was a small dining table but only 1 chair. For a four person room, we had to rotate who was eating. Also, there were only 2 towels each day. We booked for a family of 4, so this was hard. There was a jug and two mugs but there was only one coffee and tea sachet and two bottles of water. Although these are really minor things, I think if they sell a four person room, they should cater this number of people. Staff were polite and helpful despite the language barrier. Laundry is pay to use. 10 yuan to wash and 20 yuan for 1 hour dryer. This can only be paid for by wechat. One of our rooms TV was not working but as soon as we told them they fixed it. Overall I would recommend this Hotel.

There are two hotels near the Futian Port, and I could only book this one at the time. This hotel was converted from an office building, so the rooms do not have windows. However, the location is convenient, so I can't complain. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the port. Because it was converted, when I called a Didi to find this hotel, I got lost due to going in the wrong direction and couldn't find the entrance. It took me a while to finally see the hotel entrance. However, I discovered that there is a couch to Hong Kong Airport right downstairs. Next time, I can take the couch to Hong Kong Airport from here and then return to my destination.
