A great place located in the Southwestern part of Shenzhen. The rooms are clean and bright, and they really enforce the non-smoke policy, unlike other places in China. There is also a laundry machine and a dryer which is very convenient. The service of this place is the highlight. My mom forgot her watch when we checked out. The staff called me and they sent it to our stay in Shangri-La. Thank you very much!

I found the hotel fully booked although they accepted my booking prior. They spoke Chinese and were reluctant to assist me and there was one Chinese man who offered to speak on my behalf as he had a similar issue and translated for me, they then moved me to a hotel across.

Little too old need renovation n breakfast was too basic can improve a little more they buy outside foods bao was disappointing.

Good location, near Fuwei metro station. Big room and clean.

離機場很近，接機和送機都可以聯繫前台要司機的電話號碼，完全不用擔心出行，就是附近都是工業園晚上難免會有那些拉貨的大車聲音，缺點就是沒有拖鞋，打電話詢問了前台,前台回答一整個酒店都是沒有拖鞋的衹有一次性拖鞋，所以洗澡蠻不方便的，但是洗澡的地方不滑，但建議如果介意洗澡沒有拖鞋穿還是自己帶拖鞋比較好

第一次入住，看到網上評分還不錯，就打算來體驗一下，不虛此行，前台小姐姐和小哥哥服務很好很熱情，有求必應，電話一秒接通，很有耐心聽我的訴求，必須點個贊，房間乾淨舒適，隔音也不錯，周圍停車也挺方便的，也有免費的洗衣房，下次還會來的，值得推薦呢

第一次入住該酒店，酒店離機場很近，開車十多分鐘，第二天一早的航班，所以訂到這家性價比不錯的酒店，酒店免費提供送機服務，房間也挺總體滿意大，也很舒適，設施設備齊全。

來這邊旅遊玩，隨便訂了這家維也納酒店，沒想到這麼好，辦理入住就看到前台有可愛的百寶箱，什麼都有哦，還有免費的接送機服務，客房服務員打掃衞生也很仔細乾淨，有時間還會來入住，

這個價格跟其他平台比起來真的划算太多了，而且環境、衞生各方面都挺乾淨的，工作人員服務態度很好，客氣也有禮貌，地理位置非常棒，馬路對面就是地鐵站，交通非常方便，沖這一點給五星好評。
